Naveen sir with all due respect, even if you mention that you can try to reduce the notice period and try your best, no one will entertain you. The reason being that they know as soon as they release the offer you will try for another offer. It's how the picture is painted in the market. Even after all this someone gets a job then it's just luck

New skills - talking with hands 😁
Some other aspects to long notice period
    1) many big companies dont care for your notice period , they care for candidate
    2) many companies already have their notice period as 90 days so you should counter them often if they ask to join early as they dont have the right to say so
    3) one advantage is once you have the first offer in hand... You will go for offer shopping for such a long period.
At the end you will say it was good because 60 days is a good period to have multiple offers so 90 is way too good for that path.
If you have multiple offers do inform few of the companies 15 days before atleast so they can do alternate arrangement

I just have small idea which I followed and able to handle 90 days notice period..hope it will help someone hence sharing..
1.tell that u already serving notice period and it is 30 days or 40 days just to serve for the recruiter .. calculate date as per 30 days and tell the same..mention the same in job portal..if they ask for proof we can't do anything..but most of them won't ask
2.Try to get in that 30 days or 40 days one offer ..as it is short gap hence interview rounds will be only 1 or 2 and if u clear u will get offer for sure in that time
3.after getting offer or when ur hr round is done put the paper in current organization and search ..as u have already offer people will be ready to wait and u will also have confidence
4.By the time u reach the date of joining of the offer who waited for 30 days..u will left with 60 days and u can tell offer is there ..now u can search for one more offer who actually wait for that 60 days
I tried same..I have 4 offers already in hand..need to serve yet 1.5 month notice period..

    • @jayalakshmig3465
      @jayalakshmig3465 Před 2 lety

@@leenabhanushali9749 it's very hard to get now a days who wait 90 days like very few companies will wait..so instead of getting in that trouble if u decided to move or wanted to get good package u have to prepare thoroughly and then u update in job portals that u r serving notice as 40 days like that...also as much as possible give interviews in that 40 days time period.. prepare all those concepts and questions.. believe me for sure u will get on offer.here u have to get an offer otherwise u have to continue with ur existing job or get company which wait 90 days ..

Very well sir, in 11 years you can easily show atleast 5 years of experience by just spending 2-3 months rigorously into learning Naveen's two playlist, I will add Naveen's playlist link below.
I have done it although i had no proper automation experience in 7 years. But I invested time into Java & the Selenium and kept on giving interviews and went mentioning 4 years automation experience. Today I have multiple offers to choose for. Please start from scratch and don't look back.
      Happy learning sir 👍

However no one will advise you to resign without having any offer, but its up to you, if you are confident you can crack the interview then you can go head, but try to attend some interviews before resigning this will help to come in the flow and get the idea about your confidence...all d best

Start saying that I am serving np and 1.5 months left . No body will ask your resignation letter or LWD proof before clearing interviews. With this, you will be able to give the interviews at least. Once you will give 4-5 interviews, you will get to know where you stand and what else you need improve. Keep improving and clear an interview. With this, you will get confidence and you can resign.
