How to download that format
How to download sample resume. I am unable to find the download resume link.
I have seen hundreds of people using same format and it is not good to recommend the same again. Whenever i see this format i get feel that they all copy pasted and changed data. 1st impression wont be good for HR with these format atleast because i have seen 1 out of 3 people uses these 3 formats only

I have taken couple of interviews and I have seen 30% of candidates following the second format of resume as it is. I would say, it's better to do some changes to keep it original.
I have also seen people following this format it is just copy paste

Started my career with TCS , currently working in Capgemini and will be moving to another big service based company in couple of months with 100 percent hike. Hi Naveen, why should we avoid adding Udemy Certification details in resume?
I'm not Naveen, but I've heard both ways.
Some say to leave it off because they aren't "real" certifications. Others, however, say to add them because hiring managers like to see a potential hire trying to continually grow. Still others say to add them, but don't lead with them; they're a supplement to your primary education.
Personally? I don't see why they'd hurt. Put them on and let the HM ask you about them. If they don't like them, the company likely wouldn't be a good fit, anyway.
It is not certification that gives you offer it is the skill that gives you offer. If you mention something make sure you answer questions from it or else dont mention.
I never mentioned any certifications nor done any one so far. I think this certification thing is a scam
@@sriramkukkadapu1049 I feel the same about certs. There's something not quite right about only a handful of companies handing them out, some of the bigger names in tech have "lesser" certs, and only one company (PearsonVue) administers the tests.

Yes if that 2 pages is relevant and you answer any question that comes from it. I have seen even 1 page resume for 25+ years exp and still candidate grabs offer at director level.
