    The main problem is how to grab the first offer letter with 90 days notice period.

    Hi bro so we definitely need one offer letter in hand before resigning. I am planning in April when I will have around 2 years of experience in Salesforce.
    When should I start giving interviews ?
    I am worried about the calls that can start coming in.
    If I am not able to get any calls with 90 days notice period. I think we can still cancel our resignation in last 5 days ?

      I guess it also depends on the current company if they get a replacement for you then they might not even take you back.
      Mostly in startups and might happen in some MNCs.

    Is it true that we can't leave in notice period?
    I want to take leave in infy my last working will extend are u sure ??
    And there is no option to apply sick leave in infyme app,
    Only earned leave , compoff and parental leave showing

    Bro 1 doubt hai us company ko kaise samajta hai ki hum notice period pe hai and humare last 15 days remaining hai. Because naukri pe toh koi notice period mention nhi kr sakta. Toh dusare companies kaise search krti hai ...

      They will call and ask you. You put it up on LinkedIn started serving notice period from the date. On Naukri etc.

    you will never get a job if you say you have a 90 days notice period. Always say negotiable to 45 days notice period and get an offer. Resign. After a month, tell the first offer that your company is not reducing the notice period. Get another offer.

    Who made these bullshit rules that you have to take permission of manager to take leaves and for early relieving from company. In america, you can put papers in same day and leave another day. Indian corporate created an environment where they could make their employees as slaves.

    Hi Bro, Mujhe Infosys me 1.7 years ho gye hain and main 2 month se peoject me hun. Ab main July end mein resignation daalunga. Reason is main govt job join krunga aug end me. To kya mujhe three month ka notice period serve karna hi padega. Kya main HR ko 1 month serve karne ka bol skta hun or kya weh mujhe allow karenge kyonki main to aage koi bhi rival or any other IT company join hi nahi krunga.

      Think about yourself only, leave after 1 month, or just leave anytime it's your choice bro, if govt has no problem onboarding you and requires no previous employment documents
