I've been offered a non-managerial position in the UK and the notice period in the new contract is 3 months - which seems excessive given that it's not a super senior role and there are no direct reports. Can I negotiate to lower the notice period before signing the contract?
Amazing video sir
Happy that you are finding it interesting :)
Sir it's good advice as you always said to us..
Please give suggestions if we resign without offer is it risk ro get the first offer or how we can prepare for that..bcz of 90 days notice..

Hi Sir. How to switch career in Big Data. I am from IT Background. Can you kindly advise on this
Hello sir, can we say this to recruiter that "I will negotiate my HR by proving better replacement" when my notice period is 3 months
@Trendytech Insights Hi Sir. When we get a job offer, the companies will expect to accept it and sign the offering rite. Then how can we manage this situation, while we try to get a better offer from another company? Could you clarify this pls?
Is it ok to put resignation and start to find job.my company' is not ready to release me
everyone knows by looking at the co. like wipro tcs have 3 months ..universal fact..every HR knows
👍
Chilla chilla k sari scheme bta do
So HR from other company doesn't know that my company has 3 months? Interview itself will not be scheduled
Hi Sumit Sir, I am having 6+ years of non-IT experience I'm planning to switch to big data is it possible? Can you please give me a suggestion
yes it is certainly possible. you can call on 8431603667
Factors:
Technology
Notice period
if startup do take care will it be sustainable
Not so realistic, now a days just due to three months hardly anyone is entertaining.
Why promoting people to get multiple offers. This is not professional.
They will end up blacklisted in many companies.
when companies can interview many candidates to select just one, then why can't a candidate give multiple interviews to choose one.. probably where he gets a better pay, a better technology, where he gets a positive vibe after giving interview.
Totally agree...
Want to add one more point.... if candidate is having Only one offer and if the company rollback the offer (it happens too) then what you will do?
So it is better to have multiple offers in hand.
@@sumitmittal07 Give 100 interviews and select one, nothing wrong in that. But don't accept multiple offers and saying no later.
@@sujaypathak7207 I never said you should not take more than offers, but to brag about it and motivate others to do same is unprofessional.
Hi sir , how to contact you ?

Sir, one thing I want to ask, if recruiter ask for offer letter or any such documents where there is a clear mention of 90 days notice period of my current organization before releasing there offer letter, won't it get revealed that I lied about my notice period to them, will it not lead to disqualification of my candidature in such scenario. @trendytech insights
