    I loooooove these pancakes, they taste like banana bread, so delicious! Some tips:
    - I live alone so I half the recipe and that's enough for me for a nice weekend breakfast (so 1 Banana, 1/2 cup oats and 1 large egg).
    - I usually just throw those three ingredients in the blender for a lazy version (with 1/2 teaspoon baking powder) and that makes 4 small fluffy pancakes.
    - I add the blueberries once I have added the batter in the pan so I can distribute them as I want.

    ingredients:
    2 bananas
    blueberries (optional)
    1 cup of oats (more or less)
    2 eggs
    make sure to cook at a low temperature

    sooo, today (Friday the 20th) is exactly a year from beginning of my fitness journey. A year from today I had 74.0KG (about 163.1lbs) and now I have lost 15KG so I have 59.0!!! (130 lbs) I did some of your workouts every day (almost) and you helped me so much. Thank you Emi I love you to the moon and back❤️

      @@ashley0980 15kg is actually equal to 33 lbs to be exact. But Aries M was referring to their current weight, which is 59kg, or 130 lbs. The 15kg was referring to the weight that they lost.

    Thanks Emi! our town is pretty much all closed bc of the hurricanes passing by. So i made this for my family and we all enjoyed a yummy breakfast and great family time on a rainy day. I used apples instead of blueberries due to availability but still super delicious! Thank you for all the light you bring into my life!

    I always blend 1/3 cup of oats to make it a fine flour, then I add a banana, two eggs, and some cinnamon and vanilla. Throw it with with the oat flour and there’s batter! I usually top it with a peanut butter or almond butter drizzle, usually whatever nut butter watered down, and then I add hemp seeds, chia seeds, ground flax seeds, and frozen blueberries that I left out to thaw a bit (I love the juices from a partially thawed berry and biting into a warm pancake with the cold berry!) Sometimes I have raspberries if I have any, but it’s usually always frozen blueberries and maybe fresh ones if I have any. I’ve recently been adding cacao nibs and I love the texture! But now I want to try mixing fresh berries into the batter before cooking just to see what it’s like! Love that idea! Thanks, Emi!

    I just made these pancakes and I can`t believe how delicious they are! Much much better that I expected. I took some black currant instead of blueberries, everything else was strictly according to the recipe. Every single Mama Wong`s instruction was very helpful.
    Thank you a lot for this new and wonderful recipe! I will definely cook it on regular basis

    These taste SO incredibly good!! I can't believe it tastes so good even though it has no sugar!! Blueberries aren't easily available from where I come so I substituted them with a few walnut pieces and a small bit of raisin. I'm definitely going to recommend it to all my friends!! Thanks for the amazing recipie!! ^_^

    I made this recipe and it turned out so good!
    I put all of the ingredients (except blue berries) in the blender and used a tablespoon or so less oats than called for.
    I def recommend putting blueberries in the batter. I also put honey on top of my pancakes as they were not as sweet as I liked.

    Hi guys! Well, just gonna say that even though I already knew this recipe I never thought of adding oats into the mix 😅 anyways, I love to bring these pancakes to school! What I do is make them as if they’re “poffertjes” (I’m dutch, if you don’t know what they are, they’re mini pancakes). They are really filling, great for long days at school! So thanks Emi! 😘💖

      Not a vegan but maybe try applesauce or flax seeds mixed with water. Since the banana is already pretty sticky something like that would probably work. I also heard some people mix water oil and baking powder.

    omg, soo basically I tried to make them for today’s breakfast, but literally from the first bite they melted in my mouth >3< I’ve never seen something that delicious and healthy that seems sweet, but doesn’t have sugar at all :o

    SUPER DELICIOUS VEGAN PANCAKE RECIPE: 1 cup buckwheat/oat flour
    1 Banana
    Cinnamon for taste (optional)
    1 teaspoon baking powder
    Oat milk - put as much as it needed, the consistency should be not too watery

We don't have blueberries here so I used raisins as a substitute...also, it made me feel fuller with just few pieces of pancakes...
