How to install aluminum gas and brake pedal on a Hyundai Genesis

Switching out original brake and gas pedal to aluminum pedals on a 2015 Hyundai Genesis sedan.

I also bought the one for the foot rest do I take the rubber off of it to install

I think it goes on top of the rubber from what I've seen others do.

I did not disconnect mine, but you can if you want to. Just to be safe
