- Perennials don't get much 'sweeter' than our Fall in Love 'Sweetly', a Japanese Anemone. This is a fall-blooming variety that will attract butterflies, but not deer or rabbits! It's hardy in zones 4-8, and is not particular to the type of soil you have in your landscape. Fall in Love 'Sweetly' grows best in full sun to part shade and will reach a height close to 2 feet. It's beautiful as a border plant, or in a mass planting. Also, you'll be able to enjoy this plant as a cut flower in a vase inside your home!

Lovely! Thanks for sharing your lovely garden. Marvelous how you & Aaron can inspire an 80 year old with all your gardening skills & accomplishments. You certainly were given God's gifts of wisdom, knowledge & discernment. Plus hard working abilities. You must be so grateful to our Lord. ❤
So true...Laura is the reason I buy PW plants! She is just a treasure to the Gardeners world!
Thanks so much for sharing your thoughts, and Laura is the nicest person...yes, a true treasure for sure!
One of my favorites in my garden! Still blooming beautifully in October.
Love to hear this Cathy, thanks for watching!
Love that plant! 😍Laura is the main reason behind all my Proven Winner purchases 🤣
So good to hear, thanks for watching Julia!
Because of Laura, I always look for Proven Winners plants first. Just don’t find too many here in Southern Arizona. But, when I do …. They amaze me. Super vista Bubble Gum lasted until August.
@@gingersalmons2314 That is amazing Ginger! If you have a photo we would love if you could share it via email, and we will be sure to credit you when we share it only. You can send it to customercare@provenwinners.com. THANK YOU!
@@gingersalmons2314 I’m in Zone 6, South of Boston and they’re still going for it! As Laura would say, “It’s a beast of a plant!” 🤣10-17-2023
They are pretty. I have the Japanese Anemone. I love them However ... they have really taken off. If you don't prune/remove some of their roots, they spread and will take over your other plants.
I'll be digging before winter! Plant them alone, I say! 😄🥰
Beautiful plant! Hope we can get in Illinois
Please ask your preferred garden center if they have it in stock, or is it on their list for spring. We do not decide where our plants are offered, each store owner or manager orders in what they think their customers will prefer. Thanks for watching!
Those look a lot bigger then described! 😅
I found the same for the cosmos I grew. Seed packets said they would grow to 4 feet mine were six feet or higher! ❤Amazing!
I've planted their seeds before and they certainly do! I completely removed mine after that 1 season 😂
Just bought 3 quart sized and popped them in the ground. I'm really looking forward to the growth and performance next year.
😍😍
Would these also attract hummingbirds?
No, and it might be because the bloom is too flat...hummingbirds prefer the nectar that is hidden in long, tube-shaped blooms. We have not seen hummers visit this plant in our trial gardens.
Is this invasive?
Yes, it is a slow spreader.
