I, too, am a breast cancer survivor, 4 years now. This is the first year I’ve had the energy and the desire to do a garden and a lot because of you and Aaron. I live in Albuquerque, so also High desert, but I’m a zone 7. It has been an education for sure since we moved here from Vancouver, WA. Very different! Lol! I am enjoying what I can do and so far! Gardening is so therapeutic for me. First year attempting a vegetable garden and it’s doing well. I love the garden tours and they go by so fast! Great job!

I currently have two friends that are battling breast cancer so I understand your need to try to do anything to make their lives a little bit easier and a bit more happier. I haven’t done anything quite a wonderful as this front yard makeover but I have made a few meals and did over one friend’s flower pots. As happy as it made them, it made me more happy just to see the look on their faces when they saw the pots and ate the meals😊Sending your friend and her family strength and prayers for a quick recovery. This is my dream front yard the northern side mine is southern I was only able to do mop head hydrangeas for a short while in the beginning of spring. Hydrangeas are mine and my husbands favorite plants. As it warmed up we put three zinfin dolls on our front porch so no matter what the climate changes to we are still able to enjoy these beautiful plants that come in so many varieties. I like you Laura always look to see who’s yard I can do we have surprised our neighbors with doing their front pots and it felt amazing seeing how happy they were. I’m a mother of four as well and it touches me in a great way to hear what your friend is going through. Kim from my family to yours we wish you the best and you and your family will be in our prayers lots of love send to you god is great!💚💚💚💚💚💚

It was hard losing them both within 18 months of each other. My dad fought for 4 years. My step father (of 30 years) found out his diagnosis just 9 months prior to his death. Cancer effects every person differently, including those who have to just sit and pray. It changes you. Please let your father in law know I appreciated his sermons during the times I couldn’t go to our church. I just happened to stumble across his page because of your page. Just at the time I felt helpless. My husband appreciated knowing even though I couldn’t bring myself to church (for lots of reasons) I could at least watch livestreams of his sermons. His take on Paul helped me tremendously. Hugs from Ohio. 💜

I found and watched ur video in the attempt of making my own flower garden in honor of my father who I lost to a terrible disease called MSA, 2 months ago. My dad absolutely loved flowers so i wanted to plant a garden at my home. Lifting Kimmi and the family in prayer, asking for Gods Healing, Strength and Peace. Thank you for sharing.

I was diagnosed with Stage 4 Breast cancer last July that has metastasized to my bone. There's no plan for surgery since it's spread. But Im on Ibrance & anastrosole since mine is hormone driven.
I try so hard to keep positive & fight for my children & husband. I try my best to grow flowers & make our home beautiful. But my energy isnt good like it was before. I do have hostas that are growing & am hoping my hydrangeas comeback this year.🙏❤️ They're my favorite flower along with tulips.

I see Aaron is having lots of fun editing, great job. I love hydrangeas and have had my eye on invincebelle for a while now. My new favorite is the zinfin doll which we have planted in containers on our front porch. Prayers to your friend and her family from ours. I love the Zinfin doll as well! I planted a couple and they have blooms, but they're a little sparse. I think I need to move them to a spot that receives a little more sun!
Garden Answer our zinfin doll are south facing on our porch and have filled in quite nicely with tons of blooms. They get morning sun and afternoon shade. We are a zone 8a. You can actually check them out if you’d like on our channel.
