I live in Grand Haven, and I garden, and I am so, so, proud of how important Proven Winners has become. Love the videos by so many creators.🙂🙂❤️💯
Hello there, neighbor! That's so sweet of you ☺❤ The gardening community is so wonderful, we're happy to be a part of it 🤗
I need a bigger yard.
I feel your pain.
Hahaha. Same.
I concur 😊
Hello I am from Philippines and thank you for the tour. I love gardens and flowers ❤
Hello, friend! Thank you so much for watching ❤☺
🌳🌿🌸BEAUTIFUL 🌸🌿
I hope everything is all good after the flood!
The floods were actually at our annual partners at Four Star Greenhouses, we are over on the west side of the state in Grand Haven, MI so we didn't get the flooding here!
Good evening ✨ thank you both for another lovely walk through hydrangea wonderland 🤗
Thank you for watching and for the kind feedback! 🥰
Love thees videos
So happy to hear that you enjoy them! 🤗
😆 I love the sounds of the Puffer Fish Hydrangea! 🐡🐡
Such a fun plant! 🤗
This is my first year trying to garden . About a week ago , I noticed roses at a restaurant and the colors , blooms were beautiful !
Yay! Gardening is so wonderful, and there are so many beautiful plants out there. Excited for you and your new journey ☺☀
Thanks for the fun tour! I have planted many of these shrubs in my gardens in the past year or so: Limelight prime, Little lime punch, and coral berry, to name a few. They sure help keep my fall garden looking vibrant and interesting!
What great taste you have! 😉 You're garden sounds beautiful ☺
Rick! You are hilarious! You both are super delightful 💚Thanks
They really are the best! So much fun and knowledge with this duo 🥰
Grandhaven garden walk, a good reason to visit Michigan!
Absolutely! 😄
🌿Hi Stacy and Rick! Really enjoyed the tour of hydrangeas. 🍃
Hello, friend! Thank you for watching ☺
Thank you SO SO MUCH!
Thank YOU for watching! So glad you enjoyed this video 🥰
Thanks for all of the information you share.
Thank you for watching! ☺
Very cool video of this garden .🌺🌻🌺
So glad that you enjoyed it! 🤗
What a beautiful walk.I love my 6 ft tall Temple of bloom I planted this spring. It has showy red bracts, such a surprise. I have a tall obelisk around it to hold up the tall bracts. Should I prune it this fall or next spring?
Love that plant! 😍 Pruning isn't necessary, though if you would like to shape the plant, you should do so in early spring. Any branches you are removing should be removed entirely - avoid cutting this plant back. ☺
Love ,love love my temple of bloom, so much better than the original variety I had …sooo many red bracts right now. Hunted it down to find last year ❤️❤️❤️
It's such a wonderful plant, you can't beat that year-round interest and the red bracts are just stunning! 😄
Oh my, I love them all, glad I already collected most of them on this show. Prime Pinky Winky and Let's Dance Loveable will be my must have for next spring!!❤ I'm running out of room and will have to start selling the gazillion of limelight hydrangeas from my garden to make some room😂
😂❤ If there is a will, there is a way, eh! 😄
@@pwcolorchoice PW addiction is legit🤣🤣
@@pc0086 🤣❤🤣
Are all let’s can varieties bloom on new and old wood ?
Yes they all bloom on old and new wood ☺
Since it’s a trial garden does the owner rotate out plants constantly to bring in new plants?
That is correct! The plants are continually being switched out for new varieties to trial 😄
Love Temple of Bloom!!! So much so, I planted one last year. Question - Label on plant says height 6-10 ft high, PW website says 6-10,' high, but you show here 15-20 ft tall??? Yikes - that's a big difference!! I planted it in a spot where it will be great at an anticipated 10' height....
It is a fabulous plant! The sizing has been updated to be a bit larger than it had been listed originally so the 15-20' is accurate and the websites are being updated with this change. While it is taller than previously thought, it is still smaller than the other Heptacodium varieties and depending on it's growing conditions it could stay more towards the 15' height
When was this video taken? Just curious if this is representative of what to expect in October ☺️
This was taken right at the beginning of October ☺ We have a bit more fall color going on in the garden currently but this is an accurate example of how the garden typically looks in October (weather dependent of course ☺)
Thank you!
I bought a Temple of Bloom this Spring. I have noticed that it has crossing branches at the very base. Will I need to cut one of them off to keep it from rubbing. If so, will it sent more shoots out at the base. I would like to have more than one branch at the bottom. Thank you!
You don't have to prune that stem off! Temple of Bloom looks stunning grown as a multi-stemmed tree and if you look at the photos of it on this link, at the end you can see photos of what those stems look like so you have an idea ☺ www.mypwcolorchoices.com/product/temple-of-bloom-seven-son-flower/
I sent a picture online (wouldn’t let me add one here), but my two branches crisscrossed each other. I didn’t know if that would cause issues as it gets bigger. I thought I would prune it like a crepe Myrtle but I don’t see how I can with the base crossing so drastically. Thank you for any help. I am holding off right now.
@@deedeewohler3726 I totally get that, it can be hard to determine sometimes! Thank you for sending a photo in, one of my team members will take a look and get back to you with their opinion once they see the photo ☺
Thank you!!!
I saw a lot of reviews that seven-son tree sucker everywhere, so badly that they had to be ripped out entirely. So I won't be interested in anything that is cited as suckering beyond the white flower-red bracts characteristic.
Temple Of Bloom is not known to sucker 🙂
