This is bang on. Ive just had some work booked in for July and chose artisan solely based on what ive seen in the YT videos. Ive dealt with many many trades over the years and have to be honest the communication with artisan has been second to none.
He did more recording on that PV course than learning 😂
Gotta say as a consumer I would love to have Artisan, ‘Bundy 10’, Chris or Mr Savery in my area to book them. I need an electrician for a main consumer unit change and to install a second CU in a garden shed and trying to work out how to find a quality reliable electrician in my area is a daunting task.
Couldn’t agree more Jordan. I have been following the Artisan channel on CZcams for some time now, and have built trust in your company through watching the work you do. Fortunately I am local to you (I live near Soham) and Artisan will be my first choice to install the electrics once my extension is built.

You’re right about customers ‘knowing’ you and trusting you. If my drains were blocked I’d happily fly in Ollie (and Ratty) from Sydney to fix it thanks to his Drain Addict channel :-)
You are so right Jordan, I used to be in sales and CZcams would have been an amazing tool all those years ago!
I agree 100% Jordan, while it does take time and commitment, like you said... that work leaves a permanent marketing and sales tool! Embedding the videos on each work type landing page on a website is some solid advice and I hope people act on it! Well done.

Just like me here from the USA. I am here just to hear the strange British English! Just kidding, fun to watch electricians in other countries.
