Im happy to have found this recipe. I lived in mexico for 2 years and there was always some amazing pulled pork at the Grocery store deli I used to get. On line I have found a few Asians with their recipes and caucasians too....I want a MEXICAN recipe! going to do this today in my instant pot. I may not have 1/4 cup paprika but I will make do!!

We make pulled pork fairly often. What I realized when I saw your recipe is that ours doesn't have enough flavor! Adding the sauce puts it over the edge! I'll be making this.

I will make this much, so we can have easy meals with the leftovers, all the time and there are only two of us. My question Claudia is while the oven is going do you ever make any side dishes at the same time in the oven? Like the other day I wrapped in foil for roasting some beets and also roasted some garlic for pizza in place of the tomato sauce. PS) I saw that you and me have the same stove - I LOVE our stove !! I wondered the same thing! I made this and used 2-3 tbsp and it came out delicious but I cooked closer to 7lbs of pulled pork
