I love how just simple and direct Saul's directions are in his recipe videos.
I have to admit, I squeeze avocados. I do check color but it’s not always correct for me and if I remove the stem part to check I thought the avocados turn quicker? Avacodos are like bananas for me. They have like a two day window where they’re great and that’s it.

My Mexican father has been in the US for 30 years and I’ve always thought he has spoken English very well and suppressed his accent compared to most other mexicans ive met, Saul speaks great English even with a strong accent 🙌🏽fierro 🔥🇲🇽

I made these about an hour ago. Followed every step, used every ingredient with no substitute. Though, it took me 3 different stores to find Queso Fresco. These came out amazing. Will be making these on the regular.
What a great dad and chef! He loves chicken tacos because his kids are crazy about them. And only playing in the kitchen when his kids are around because he makes it fun. That’s a great guy and a tasty recipe. I especially appreciated the tortillas instructions. Makes so much sense to do it that way.

2:50 petition to make it illegal to squash avocados
With laws you have to be careful with your wording. Making squashing avocados illegal would make guacamole illegal contraband as you have to squash avocados to make it. Squeezing avocados while still whole by hand should be illegal.

This recipe was perfect. The sauce was great, added jalapeño and Serrano for me and my daughter we love spicy! The chicken came out juicy and had a light and fresh taste. She loved it and she is picky. Thanks maestro.

Just got a 36” Weber griddle. I’ve made smash burgers, hibachi chicken and shrimp, next is chicken tacos. Most excited about learning Mexican cuisine on it. This channel is perfect

Made these chicken tacos tonight, they were delicious. The star is that salsa!
Pinzas are an awesome tool that I think don't get enough credit. We have 5 pairs in our kitchen but when we go to friends, they never use them. I'm not sure they own any except for the grill. People, buy some tongs they are so versatile. Call them pinzas because it fun to say and much more descriptive than tongs.

I dice up cooked whole rotisserie chicken and add 2 seasonings packets, one lime juice and diced tomatoes then I make pico with Ava, lime, tomato and then I griddle tortillas and crema and queso fresco for sure!!
