Cuban Vanilla Pudding

2 cups of Milk (Homogenized) measured separately
1 12 oz. Can of evaporated milk
1 can of water
1 12oz. If condensed milk
2 egg yolks
1 tsp. Vanilla
1 cup of cup of corn starch.
1/4 pure Anice
2 cinnamon sticks
1/4 piece of a lemon peel washed.
4 tsp. Sugar
Directions:
In a bowl mix corn starch and 1 cup of homogenized milk and set aside.
Warm the 2nd cup of homogenized milk , evaporated milk, water, egg yolks, anise, cinnamon sticks, lemon peel and vanilla.
When mixture comes to a low boil add condense milk, sugar
Let mixture come to a boil again and
Lower heat to the lowest setting
Add corn starch/ Milk mixture to your pot and constantly mix making sure to stir the bottom so nothing sticks
