Today I’m going to be sharing with you how to make the best burritos three way, basically a burrito stuffed with chile verde, chile rojo and beans! It’s seriously the best of three worlds 🤣 is that even a thing?? I don’t know but let me tell you is the best!!! The flavor, the spicyness, the consistency ahhhh it’s just sooo delicious! For this burrito I’m using brisket but you can use your favorite cut! You can even mix it up and use pork and beef if that’s your preference, in my house, beef is a top choice 💕

-You can find all ingredients at your local Walmart, Frys, Safeway,Hispanic supermarket or Amazon!!! I bought the meat at Costco , it’s already cleaned and ready to cook 😅
-all pots and pans are from Calphalon
-racks to roast chiles, it’s actually a rack from my cooking sheet I get a really good use out of it!!!

Tip!!! If your beans are too watery add flour to thicken them up 😉
Ingredients:
4 lbs beef brisket (flat cut)
2-4 cups water
Large burrtito flour tortillas
4 cups pinto beans
Salt
Black pepper
Chile verde-
6 green chiles
5 roma tomatoes
1/2 white onion
2 minced garlic cloves
4 tbsp oil
2 tbsp flour
1-2 tsp garlic salt
1 tsp oregano
1/2 tsp crushed peppers
1/2 tsp cumin
Chile rojo-
3 tbsp New Mexico chile powder
3 tbsp oil
3 tbsp flour
1 tsp garlic salt
1/2 tsp oregano
1/4 tsp cumin
1 serving of love 💕

It's 1:30am. I need a burrito. 50 yrs ago, our favorite place was called El Loco in Arcadia CA. The Verde you made is my favorite...my hubby liked the one with a chili relano inside the red beef one. Going to make this tomorrow. El Loco went out of business like 40 years ago. You made me happy....I can now make out favorite!❤❤❤

Claudia. Next time you mix your dry ingredients into your broth, try using a quarter cup or less of broth, add the dry ingredients, mix them into a paste first, then add the rest of the broth. Not only is it faster, but it is easier. I apologize for critiquing you. I think your channel is AWESOME!!!!!
