Hello everyone 🤗🥰 Today I will share with you a very tasty, quick and simple recipe with beef! You can make this dish very fast and everyone will be very happy! INGREDIENTS:
500g/1 pound Beef
1 tsp Baking soda
1 Onion
1 tbsp Butter
1/2 Red bell papper
1/2 Green bell papper
Sauce:
1 big clove garlic or 2 small
1 tsp salt , 1 tsp sugar
1/2 tsp Black pepper
1/4 tsp Red pepper flakes
1 tbsp Balsamic vinegar
2 tbsp Olive Oil
1 tbsp Chili sauce

I think the secret that the Chinese use to make rump steaks or gravy steaks soft and tender is mainly a few things. Cutting the beef into 2 millimeter strips, at a diagonal angle and against the grain. Marinading the strips with a combination of baking soda, cornflower or cornstarch, Chinese Shoaxin wine and soy sauce mixed together and leaving aside for 20 minutes. I'm dubious that the beef in your video is tender because the strips are too big, and the only thing added as a marinade was baking soda which isn't really a 'marinading' but more of a brine solution . Washing the beef with water gets rid of the baking soda but it also washes away the flavor of the meat as well. That's why when the Chinese pour the tenderized marinaded beef into the stir fry pan, they counter-act the bitterness of baking soda with oyster sauce, white vinegar along with soy sauce and shaoxin wine rather than water to wash and rinse the beef. But the biggest takeaway from this video is the beef strips are too large (looks like 10 millimeter strips or more). The smaller the strips are, the more tender the beef will be.

Hate to tell ya... But... This person isn't just one person. Who knows who owns the like 10 different accounts that post these videos? They are all monetized. There are a number of different people who are in these videos - mostly 3 or so different women that I can distinctly tell are different people, but there is at least one man cooking in one of them. Most feature part or all of one of a very few audio tracks of children's indistinct laughter and chatter. You will notice the exact same ones reused in multiple videos, on all of their CZcams accounts. Unfortunately, the homey vibe they are trying to create to get more subs and views is a complete and total fraud. I've tried some recipes. Some were good. Some were trash fodder. None were as good as they raced about. As far as this one... No clue were 5 minutes comes in with a 15 minute marination. Lol. But I personally use a sprinkle of unflavored Meat Tenderizer. It's cheap and readily available at most grocery stores, with the spices. It's basically an extract from pineapple juice, an enzyme that breaks down tough meat fibers. Don't need to let it sit as long, don't have to rinse, and works MUCH better. Chinese restaurants actually use it, or a mixture of it with other things. They don't use baking soda like this. At least, not in the southeast USA where I live.

I noticed that the meat that you are using is very lean and indicative of the lack of fat.. Meat like flank, Chuck, Top bottom of the round are chewy types of meat. let me take you to my spot of HUNTING this time of year. I am in the woods attempting to harvest a Whitetail deer which I have just done thank you. This is my meat for the next year. The areas of tough meat are comparable to a domestic steer, but very difficult to tenderize, I am very excited about your baking soda approach.. to be able to convert a top of the round roast in the rear leg quarter either side to a tender morsel is the is the dream of every hunter ..This means that this cut of meat could be used as steaks..🥩 I can’t wait to try this out.. thank you very much for sharing… You have a very pleasant site to visit..
