- Hello my beautiful fam!! Welcome back to my kitchen first of all I want to thank you for being part of our family, and allowing me to be part of yours!!!! ❤️
Today I’m going to be sharing with you how to make the best two salsas for tacos seriously the best! The red salsa can also be used to serve on top of chicharrones preparados( my grandma used to make it that way) both salsas are seriously delicious on every taco! Even on just a tortilla by itself! You can adjust the spicyness to your liking- add more chiles to make it more spicy or add less Chile arbol to make it less spicy- for me the amount I use is perfect as my mom would say salsa no es salsa si no pica 😅
keep in mind like every recipe and every household there are tons of variations that make this delicious recipe, you can always adjust it to your taste, I really hope you enjoy it as much as me and my family do, and as always if you do please forget to give me a big thumbs up, comment down below your thoughts and if you new to my channel please hit that subscribe button so you can be part of our family!!!!!! 😘
‼️‼️‼️For any other recipe just type in Claudia Regalado, followed by the recipe name you trying to find, if I already made it it should appear as the first videos ☺️ if not, request it in the comments 😘

It looks so delicious 😋

@@rudedogg805 happy Birthday to you may God bless you many many more years!!! Enjoy your day!!!
@@rudedogg805 happiest of birthdays to you.
I made the salsa roja with a few quick changes; 6 chiles de árbol instead of 12 and instead of salt added teaspoon of chicken bouillon . It was still spicy but more tolerable for people that can’t stand the heat and more flavorful !! Thank you so much for this recipe ! I love your food
Aside from the delicious salsas, can we just take a minute to appreciate her video and audio quality. 😃
😭♥️
Novelas always were super clear x)
and those hoops! 💯
I was totally thinking the same thing. Bueno!
Yeah, there's a lot to like about Claudia's videos.
I like that she makes small batches. The ingredients are fresh and will have very little waste. Yum!
I made both of these. The salsa verde was SO GOOD! I’ve made quite a few of your recipes now and they always turn out good. Thanks for teaching this white girl how to cook authentic Mexican cuisine! It’s our favorite to eat!
How spicy is the salsa verde as written? Some family members can't take spicy very well.
@@ams30gts pretty spicy. Don’t use habanero
@@NickyD5 and cut the de Arbol in half
Delicious stuff. Your belly is full
@@mordekaishekelbergiv.4211 Nobody cares what you think around here.

Thanks Claudia, you've really straightened out a lot of my Mexican cooking blunders. Especially the balancing of dried peppers. Stay safe.
I tried the green one and it was so good can’t believe I made it . Thank you I followed step by step lol

Thank you Claudia! Muchas gracias for all the delicious recipes! Love your channel!!!
We tried these salsa recipes with our street tacos and they were amazing! My two boys love salsa and were surprised by these new recipes. I wasn't sure how this was going to turn out because we have never tried new salsa recipes before but it was a hit with my family! Great recipes for any occasion, thank you!
Girl, I just made your salsa roja and it came out AMAZING 😻 spicy and soooo delicious. My hubby is gonna be happy when he gets home from work 😝
Dear Claudia, can you please teach us how to make queso like dipping at mexican restaurants. Please! Thank you! Love your channel, thank you so much for sharing with us.
Mexican restaurants don't have queso for dipping.... LOL. Is all about the salsas
@@jayp1312 I live in west Texas, here our Mexican restaurants have the queso blanco, (white cheese) and some yellow cheese that has some type of green chili and some red stuff that tastes like pimento and OMG, they’re delicious. I even encouraged my daughter to work there to get a hint of the recipes (no luck) but yes, they were that good.
Yes. I agree.
@@jayp1312 not sure where you're from, but plenty of Mexican restaurants have queso for dipping. I grew up in Texas, and every joint had it. I usually just eat the salsa, but queso always seems to be an option.
@@jayp1312 all of ours have queso for dipping lol
So much fun to learn these techniques from Claudia, even if you don't exactly follow the recipes. Thank you so much!
Best recipes ever! They never fail.
I've been making your huevos rancheros every day this week and yesterday I made your Pina colada tres leches, super moist and delicious!!! Can't wait to make these !
Perfecto 🍅🥑🌶
Your videos remind me of when my friend would teach me how to cook Mexican food. Now my family loves my cooking. You are awesome
Very good demo and very clear. Both salsas sound delicious. Thanks so much for sharing with us.
I finally made salsa verde, and wow it’s amazing. I like it on the mild side so I just used jalapeños. It beats any bottled green salsa from the store. Too salty and sour from all the citric acid they use. But from now on I’m making these both at home. Thanks so much Claudia. ♥️✌🏼
How many jalapeños did you use?
These were fantastic!!! And VERY easy to make !! Thank you!
These salsa’s look incredible. We will be trying both of them. TY! Your food is always amazing and authentico!!!
Hi Claudia! My husband loves this red salsa recipe, he says it’s the real deal. I think I found your channel searching for authentic tasting flour tortillas and I couldn’t be more grateful. I use your recipes all the time, literally just about every day and have shared your recipes with others. My husband and I both grew up Arizona natives, he was from the Dunlap area in phoenix and I was in the west valley, the Goodyear/ Avondale area. We currently live in Tennessee and we still love and try to recreate our Mexican food we grew up eating (because it’s hard to find authentic over here) and yours is the closest to what we’ve tasted. Taste just like our childhood. I also think it’s funny that your husbands name is Louie because that’s what my husbands name is too😅 anyways, just wanted to let you know that we appreciate your recipes and hard work you put into it!
Everything about your comment is 100% on point! lol I'm from Arizona too, Lake Havasu. I live in Georgia and the Mexican food is seriously lacking out here! Please do not even get me started on that queso sauce that is poured all over EVERYTHING! SO GROSS! I like queso, but that is just gross. lol With Claudia's help, I'm making some of the dishes and salsas that I grew up with. If you live near Crossville, Tn, I can HIGHLY recommend La Costa Mexican restaurant! Excellent carne asada! They even have shredded beef! lol
Try living in Australia, no decent Mexican anywhere
Salsa yummy!!! I like chips in salsa and in my tacos 😋 you just taught me how to make the best salsa Claudia ❤️ I have a book where I write all your recipes down! My family has been eating good because of you 😊 thanks for teaching me how to cook Claudia ❤️❤️ love you!
Thank you sooo much my beautiful friend! I love and appreciate you very much!
Looks so yummy! Thank you for sharing.
Thank you Claudia for your awesome videos we are addicted to watching your show thank you for showing us the way.
The third salsa I would add would be a creamy avocado salsa.

I made this tonight and my husband said it was the best dinner I ever cooked. Thank you!!
Any dinner cooked FOR me is “the best dinner ever cooked”😋
Hola cómo estás guapa
Made the salsa verde yesterday. I did make 1 1/2 recipe as I needed a larger batch. We like hot and spicy. I used 7 tomatillo, 7 arbol, and (yikes) 2 habaneros. It was pretty hot even for us! I will be more careful with the habaneros next time. Delicious and we enjoyed it with shrimp tacos and chips.
I tried to make these. They came out really good for my first time! I really love the green one!!
I just wanted to tell you how much I appreciate you posting this red salsa recipe! THANK YOU! I use this recipe all the time now, pretty much every week. I have never been able to make a really good salsa until now. I make it almost exactly like you did and it's perfect! I used as many chile de arbol as you for our first batch and nearly died it was so hot! I only use 6 now after learning my lesson 😂 Anyway, I've been subscribed for a little while and all your recipes always look amazing!
I'm laughing at your comment.
My Mexican Cousins used all the hot peppers too, but now I like things less hot. I'm glad I looked thru the comments to see if anyone used less arbol peppers. Thank you. I thought 15 arbol peppers for just 3 tomatoes was pure 🔥 fire.
I'll try using 6.
I started with half chile de arbol but keep increasing every time I make it. 😂
Yay 🙌🏼 you got a gas stove , love your videos ✌🏼💙
This looks great, I’ll definitely be giving it a try. A huge thank you. Well done. You’re an excellent teacher!
Thank you so much for all your wonderful recipes, I love the way you do things so simple and looks so good I can't wait to try some recipes today! much love ❤
Okay, I just made these two salsas and omg, they are delicious! Thank you Claudia! I am pairing this with your instant pot barbacoa! (Which was also delicious)
Sounds delicious!
🤨The only thing I hate about your videos is... I'm always hungry. 🤭 Edit: Yum ❤️
Thank You for all your awesome, delicious recipes.God bless
It's so good.. she can't even talk about it for a minute!! That's how you know it's awesome. Thank you!
Love this video! I had always tried to make salsas at home but they never turn out the way I want them, definitely trying both recipes for carne asada! Also, could you do a video about basic ingredients for Mexican food? like all you need at any given time or something like that? or is that a silly idea? I don't know...

When she does the “ taste test” 💀😆😆😆 👌🏻 “Seriously” “ Super easy and delicious” 🤣
Thank you C for all your recipes.
Making it today for my tacos de carne asada. My family loves this recipe thank you for sharing!!!
Those salsas look good to dip the tortilla chips in
Yesssss absolutely!!!!!!!
@@CookingConClaudia i would love to try the green salsa for the first time
I'd be the 1st in line if you bottled and sold these salsas!
I agree!
I am totalling doing both of these! thanks for sharing
Good salsa for some good tacos 🌮. Thanks for sharing 😋
Okay, Claudia! This was my first time ever making salsa from scratch. I have never even touched a tomatillo, so this was fun. Question for you, though - what do I do after I have burned my taste buds off with the tomatillo habanero salsa? >_< The tiny habanero I used packed a mighty punch.
I can never use Habenaro in anything, but the arbol peppers look interesting. I've only used jalapeño and Sereno peppers in Verde salsa so I can't wait to try this version less the habenaro
Can try Chile manzano. Not as spicy as a habanero. Can find them mostly at any Mexican markets.
Anybody else hear the noises at 5:30? 😂
Thank you Claudia I try both and my husband and son love the green 💚 I love both ❤️💚. Thank ones again 🙏🏼
Great recipe, they look amazing. Can't wait to try!
I have seen so many variations of green and red salsa's. What makes a person decide to boil them vs. roasting them. Curious. 🤔
It’s all about the flavor you want
I am definitely going to try both recipes. 🤓
only ever used serrano in salsa verde, now I want to try this for comparison!
Love your green salsa! Make it all the time
I lived in south Texas for most of my life and now living in Ohio. I have tried so many recipes to replicate the authentic Mexican restaurant salsa you get down there... I made the red salsa and it is by far the closest one. Its is really good! Thanks for posting this!
Okay guys I am sorry but was I the only one that heard the moan in the back ground at 5:30.
Love, love , love the salsas! And an avocado taco- super yummy!!
Always a big thumbs up Claudia! You keep on sharing your recipes 😉
I just made your 2 salsa recipes and they both tasted so fresh and delicious!!!! Thank you! Yum, so good!!

I made these and both were ridiculously easy to make and delicious!! Love you channel.
I made both of these today. I needed salsa for both chicken and asada tacos. They were both very good. I received many compliments. But the green was raved about. Thank you for sharing so many great recipes.
Finally finally this is the salsas I've loved but didn't know how to make.Thank you!!
