Its debatable whether he spit it at the cop or when he got hit with the pepper spray he tried to spit it out and hit the cop that was on top of him and if the cop was coughing from him spitting it at him you can only imagine how it felt for the kid. The skank in the thumbnail is the girlfriend of an Arizona DPS officer. The DPS officer and she were stopped by a sheriff's deputy going 30 miles over the speed limit. The DPS officer flashed his badge and got a warning.

There was only two times I yelled for my mom when dealing with police, both were at the place I was living with my mom and sis at the time, both were to simply have her get my wallet so I could show the officer I lived there. One was because the cop saw me pushing on a broken window that needed pushed from outside to be able to lock it, the other was because I was outside smoking a cigarette (I quit that bad habit in 10) at night, wasn't allowed to smoke in the house, I was kinda hunched up against the house to avoid the wind, which the cop thought was suspicious, both times I just explained what was going on after showing my I.D. and both times it was an "Oh ok, sorry to have bothered you then." response. The guy in the first clip though, repeatedly yelling for his "mama" (something I haven't called my mom since I was a toddler) and telling the officer she's going to kick his ass, constantly repeating he is a minor and the cop can't touch him, he was trying to scare the officer into backing off.

When I wasacted. (About 14), I got an underage alcohol possession. They asked for my mom's or dad's number. I would NOT give it to them. I was threatened to be taken to juvenile detention center. I would not give in. They let me leave with a girl I really did not know and her mother.
The moral of my story is that I did wrong, not my parents. But it just blew my mind. The dude is 17, acting like a five year old.

There should always be at least 2 officers on every police stop. This seems like a "no-brainer" to me.
1st = don't be aggressive to cops!
2nd = obey the officer!
3rd = if you think you're being wronged = you will have you're day in court!
4th = just be respectful & have manors = after all = they are humans & a job too do!
5th = make the situation the best you can for yourself & them!

The judicial system is so soft on crime that these individuals who break the law,know that the system is flawed in such a way that there’s no respect for the police officers who risk their lives trying to protect honest civilians! The perpetrator had a conviction for armed robbery and yet he was on the streets with no regard for other! We as law abiding citizens are going to have to take our country and our democracy that has fallen into the wayside! TBH pepper spray isn't really a good choice of weapon in close quarters. You want to be able to spray and back off, if you stay close to the guy it's going to get you to if he spits it at you or not.
