Some do want to go to prison, they're in and out all the time and when things get rough they don't care if they go to jail and get a bed and food and cleaned up. That's how they live. Why do people think they have the right to an attorney upon arrest? Is it just from watching too much tv? You have the right to an attorney and have them with you DURING QUESTIONING! If they don’t intend on questioning you, which an arrest on a fugitive warrant they would not, they don’t have to call your lawyer. People are so dumb. No way to either takes place in the state of Florida (anywhere) or Joliet, Illinois. I tell you what. There are more drunks per capita in Fl than any other state according to these videos. Joliet, Illinois has a ton of shoplifting videos, DUIs, and other types of crime so it must be an awful place. This video is literally the 1st time I’ve ever seen Flagler County. The entire population of the whole county is 115,378 so it’s very small. I see most Fl videos in Orlando, Miami, Daytona, Ft. Lauderdale and then you get some little random po dunk towns like this.

25:11 I like how he thinks that he shouldn’t be charged w/burglary and resisting when they pulled up to arrest him and he says “no sir not today” that doesn’t show that he is running inside to make a phone call and get dressed. You ask the cop if you can do those and they’ll usually take you in to get dressed and let you make a call. The state of Florida sounds pretty stupid to me. He gets arrested like 8x in a couple years, evades, resists, and violates probation and they put him back on. They may as well say, “do whatever you want and we will look the other way”. When he finally kills someone, it’ll be on their hands.

Some people can hide for decades, but they will get you ,eventually. It would be bad if you have got away for 25 years and they find you and you have to go to prison for the rest of your life because you were hiding. You would have got 20 years. So you have to go for life now. Was it worth it.
I knew a woman who escaped from prison in Canada & was on the run for 35years before she got caught . She lived in Florida during that time & got caught crossing the border back into Canada. I think she only had to do 7 years when they caught her . Super nice lady & fantastic cook. She was originally in for an armed robbery.

...Idc what bs reason the cop pulled on the 2 brother's at the gas station, she's ABSOLUTELY WRONG TO TELL THE PASSENGER THAT HE CAN'T USE HIS PHONE FOR " OFFICER SAFETY " I'm so sick of that lie.The passenger did not have to tell her anything because he is the passenger of the vehicle. The owner was stopped and the owner's car smelled like marijuana..which again in most states is no longer enough for probale cause to search the car and everyone in it. I get the driver had a warrant but all the extra bs on the passenger it's just shady. I understand the passenger had a gun concealed but it's going to be irrelevant if they unlawfully searched him bc resisting is a second offense so he can lawfully say you can't search me because he wasn't under any obligation with zero probable, they had no reason to search a passenger in a stationary car when the driver had the warrant. The smell of marijuana alone is no longer enough to search EVERYONE in the car..these cops just do too much and are always fishing to try to bend the rules some how to do what they feel they can do, and after they break the law they do and write whatever they need to justify the shady crap they did..it's just annoying and getting quite old and obvious.
