      Awesome video very helpful. I wanted to mention that INFLAMMATION is one of the many ascension symptoms. Can you do a video on ascension symptons and all of the discomfort they provide for all of us.

    OMG...sooooooo glad I've found this video! I have previously got to that point where I've felt fearful of eating due to the symptoms. This video and your other on bloating are life changing! The bloating shifted in an instant when you mentioned about emotions. So grateful, thank you!

    Omg! When ı try this video, my stomach was bloating I was never comfortable , then I started to do tapping and started crying all the emotions leaved my body ! I didn’t except to cry but my body just did that! Thank you feeling better

    I almost had to beg my mom to take me to the ER. My IBS has been acting up for 3 days. Could feel the tension in my lower part of my left waist. Omg. I felt the pain going away. Felt like I couldn't digest my pizza I had the other day. T_T two days now so it's been hurting. Been crying and couldn't sleep. Had two days of heart burn too. Thanks again Julie you and Brad Yates are saving lives. Literally. :D I wish you and Brad can do a collab one day. That would be awesome!! 😁 The gas started going away and I could feel food burping and all that. I've been OCDing due to fear of being judged due to my job stuff I'm working with. They help with individuals with disabilities work etc. So I've been worried constant about being criticized for having anxiety etc. I've been crying non stop and over whelmed. You literally helped my stomach out allot. Kept sweating, panicking, throat tensed etc. My gut is literally calming down now. Thank you!!! 😭😭😭 I got a self help book coming in tomorrow. To help with OCD and was recommended to me to help deal with intrusive thoughts, over worrying overthinking etc. So hopefully I can get some reading done. Wish me luck 🙏 Hope you are doing well. I've also been watching allot of reiki too and that helps too. :) Might do a negativity and aura cleanse next. :) Going through allot so sorry. :( Haven't been able to burp for days and this helped. Thank you had me scared was in full blown panic mode didn't know what was going on. :( Sorry.

    I came back to this video because every year I get IBS and I believe it’s a pattern - stored or cycled emotions. Today is a bad day. In the bathroom 6 times. Many days I’m okay and it’s only twice. This video helped me a lot. I just wish I knew what emotions I am repressing/cycling over and over.

      As many times as you want. Tap in the morning, afternoon and before bed. Any any time you feel stressed. Whatever works for you 🩷

    How long it should be done at a time?

      However much time you want to take. Until the intensity comes down or goes away. You can decide the length of time. There are no rules :)

      Yes tapping can definitely help get to the roots and also help with symptoms. Be sure to reach out to a practitioner if you need help getting working thru all the aspects. Not always cut and dry ✨

    Thank you . I have problems with Grieving, Anxiety & tummy problems Belching & gas & bloating . Scared it is serious by totally scared of doctors & Hospitals,I have reflexology once a month & reiki & every 3 weeks mindfulness.I am drinking mint herbals tea each day & also have osteoarthritis of hips & knees. So sorry to bother you
