    I know anxiety and pain gets my BP up. I tapped with you went from 142/82 to 123/72. I also have serious white coat syndrome and will tap along that YOU tube too. Thank you.

    Before I started tapping, after a stressful situation, my blood pressure was 160/108, and pulse 97.
    After one round of tapping along with you, in only 17 minutes - as much as this video takes, it came down to 137/96, pulse 76.
    This is the quickest way my blood pressure came down in natural way!
    This realy works.

    I took my blood pressure it was 162/85. Now, it's 137/68 after tapping. Thanks, Julie❤

    This literally saved me a fucking trip to the emergency room. Seriously Julie. Thank you. Sorry for swearing btw. Got into an argument/fight with a family member. Was really stressed and angry that my ears literally started twitching and my cat KNEW I wasn't feeling well. Felt like I was gonna pass out from being stressed/exhausted etc. EFT/Tapping SERIOUSLY is really effective. Trying to manage my stress levels more. Me and this relative haven't been getting along well. So I start counseling soon. Love the relative to death. But it's really killing me having to deal with the fighting etc all the time. Thank you. Gotta love family. Sheesh. Felt INSTANT relief after doing the first session. Eyes felt stressed. After that I noticed they feel more relaxed and I can look at my monitors screen with out any problems. It's really amazing how affecting EFT is. Wow. O.o noticed a HUGE difference from before I did this. Thank you. :) Hope you can do one with dealing with toxic family members too putting you down etc. :) :( I'm 31 and shouldn't be dealing with so much stress and I'm turning 32 soon. :( Hopefully I can get all the help I need. :) Thanks again.

    Oh my gosh! I have followed Louise Hay for many, many years, done tapping yet never combined the two philosophies!! I was having a rough morning...taking on SO much that didn't belong to me and could not figure out how to let it go! I would and then fall right back into the same pattern. Googled...found you and I am SO grateful!!! I feel SO much better and am going to do this often because this is a lifelong issue of me feeling I must carry the load because as I was told as a child, "you are the strong one". Thank you! 💝💝💝

    Excellent! You hit on all the points for me. I found that I have been hypervigilant (sp?!) in an attempt to try to defend myself from, well, a lot of things. It is nice to let go of that. I also let go of trying to heal everyone else! Thanks...great video!

    Thank you very much for sharing this practice! I felt so clear how little by little my body started to let go and relax. I have so much stress because of the fights and mental issues of my family and probably me too and i have high blood pressure that icreases when i have these issues almost every day. Thank you so so much i cant't think of a way to express my gratittude to you cause this made me super calm and relax and made me feel my body listened to me and feels understood.

    Just friendly advice for a new comer who really needed to find this help. I was put into extreme stress this morning. When the event was over, I was frantically looking for a way to calm myself. Tapping worked a few times for me this week so I was confident that I could calm myself through instructed tapping. Every video I went to was a few minutes of an intro., so I went on to another one. I think more people would be willing to sub if the tapping begins quickly and not a minute or two into the video.

    This is the tapping I will be doing daily from now! Feeling so validated - just what I needed. I've been living with various psychosomatic stress-induced symptoms for years, and just when I started feeling stronger, lost weight and got more confident in my body, I get hypertension 😰. Am afraid to even exercise now. I wished I could monitor my BP before and after EFT, but my cuff pumps upto 270 mmHg which is so painful that it gives me twitches in my hand, so not sure if the BP readings are accurate (certainly the 'resting' pulse of 119 has never happened before). Anyway, thank you Julie, you're truly a life saver!

Also listened to a guided meditation also for Overthinking from Jason Stephenson on CZcams. :) Recommend him if you haven't seen his guided sleep meditations. :D And The Honest Guys too. ^_^ Hope you know them too. :3 They might benefit you too so just wanted to share them with you. :)

    This time I tried this; BP: 153/91. After doing this tapping, 153/90. So I did 5 minutes of deep breathing and measured again: 138/71. I guess deep breathing works better for me.
    Been diligently working on lowering my hbp. First time I used this video, it pushed my syst. up by 4 points and my dia down by 8, so I'm a bit confused whether that is a positive or a negative result. I wish Drs can learn to identify what actually causes HBP in an individual, so the CAUSE can be treated/healed!

      Interesting!! It does move the needle for many people… breathing also works. Find your sweet spot…and address all the emotions that surface for you around your bp. Keep up the good work 🩷

    I didn't realize how bad my blood pressure was until I did this. I realized I was in the danger zone. Been stressing all week. Didn't know what to do etc was scared and worrying. Etc. I decided to do the hypertension one since the other one for stress didnt helped. This did the trick. Whole body and anger is calm now. I was so angry at allot of people because I felt like my family was being discriminated against because we had disabilities etc. I wish you can do a tapping video for being discriminated against and letting emotions go towards it. People can be cruel. Someone made fun of my mother's ears. And I got pissed so bad I didn't know what to do. We got bullied allot in the past for being mildly disabled etc. Its sad how people really show their true colors especially online. You thought they were your friend but instead they pull some messed up shit and say messed up crap to offend you etc and make you feel uncomfortable because you have a history of being bullied etc in school. I wish we had tapping videos on trust issues too. And self esteem and confidence. People can be real jackasses sometimes. Sorry for swearing. Especially if your a disabled person trying to make a living trying to survive etc. Sorry Julie this video literally saved me from having an alsur. :( Never felt this angry before. :( Just sick of people is all. Sorry. Felt relief after doing this like allot of built up tension was released. More calmer etc. Thank you. :)

    Just recently exposed to tapping. Are the tap points specific? Or just tapping in the vicinity is good also? Does it matter if i tap the left side or the right side?

      As long as you are in the vicinity, it will work for you. You can tap with one hand, 2 hands or both hands. Whatever is comfortable for you. 😊

    Before tapping: 141/90, after tapping: 145/82...... huh? Is that better or not? Dia went down by 8 points, but Sis went UP by 4 points....I'm confused. I'll do it again later
