The ‘negative belief monster’ I have been trying to ID came into clarity & I could see all the ridiculous programs my mind created around it & how I was holding onto the pain/suffering/fear. This was a fantastic tap session and I am so in my way with fear despair and anguish I kept saying to myself even though I am in the way even though I don't feel it at this moment I choose to receive with joy these miracles. And I kept going through the session but qualifying this too. I want to tap these wonderful jubilant taps but I still struggle with what's coming up which is the fear the believing I don't deserve et cetera I would love to hear your feedback on this. And of course I I love you so much and you have altered my life in such a profound way xoxoxo
