I work in a hospital and the dr told someone part of their issue was their weight.. and to imagine a big door on a normal hinge..
If he thinks she’s beautiful, then great. But even if someone likes that sort of thing, how could you be okay with your partner probably passing away at an early age?!? Becoming a widow would be an absolute nightmare to me.
I really don’t get it man. I put on a lot of weight since middle of last year, I didn’t do much over the summer and worse I started college last fall, I weighed about 240 and now I’m 275lbs and I feel SO sick at times because of the food I eat.
I really can’t imagine being anymore than 300 so luckily spring is hitting (very slowly in upstate NY! JUST HAD A BLIZZARD LAST WEEK FFS) and my classes are getting lax so I’ll actually be able to make my own food before heading out. I am also getting a job as an auto technician so I’ll be losing weight while working and hopefully I’ll have some time to workout.
it's unhealthy to glamorize obesity. obesity isn't healthy. i get the whole body positivity thing but you can't pretend like its healthy.

@D44RK_Iced_Yogs I have 2 Bachelor degrees in Kinesiology. Helpful tips for your weight lose journey to health: always do weight lifting/training before doing cardio (a 10-15 minute warmup is not considered cardio).
If you have a sweet tooth, then wait until after doing at least 20 mins of cardio before indulging. Insulin sensitivity increases for 16-20 hours after cardio and will allow for you to process the carbs/sugar instead of storing it as fat. Also if you have lots of sugar before your workouts, then it will cause your insulin levels to spike (which will diminish your abilities to sustain a workout).
Hope this science based advice is useful. 🤓

It's really sad that her weight has become her entire identity. There's nothing wrong with liking herself, but actively growing larger to be loved is certainly unhealthy both mentally and physically. Also it's nice that her husband loves her, but his fetish is going to kill her.

You know when you lay on your side how the fat you might have goes to the bottom side? It could be extra skin I was a mom at 22. I don't let my husband hold me there it's not comfortable to me. I can't imagine being over that size even pregnant, I was so uncomfortable pregnant and i had a 10 pound baby I'm 5 foot 9 i was 200 lbs. I'm glad she love's herself... I hope she loves herself to lose some, to live long and happy.

I think if she lost the weight they'd show up I used to weigh 220 with absolutely no stretch marks went down to 170 and now I have stretch marks all over
stretchmarks are most likely to appear after you lost some weight too! I had them appearing during my pregnancy too, gained 35kg my whole belly is covered in them even after losing the weight. so you are not alone :)
Age also has a lot to do with it. If a teen suddenly loses their “baby fat” their skin is still elastic enough to snap back into shape. If this woman lost a great deal of weight she’d look like a deflated balloon.

You actually shouldn’t be “embracing” being morbidly obese, mainly because you will die before 65 in most every case, and yes it is painful. I used to work a bariatric unit. If you think you need motivation to lose weight, go volunteer at the nursing home, and visit the bariatric unit… Shit scared the fat right off my ass

I wouldn't call myself a self centered, narcissistic, lady and yet I can't get any guy to want to even go on a single date without making me feel like the most disgusting thing on the planet because I have a bit of weight. I wouldn't even call myself fat, but I'm not Eugenia Cooney skinny either. I even go to the gym, well, started that about a year ago. Lost a good chunk of weight, though I still wasn't fat fat. Just barely plump. Like, I had a tummy protruding but my boobs always protruded more and they aren't super huge. Ample about C- D depending on the sizing of the bra.
Its not always personality. I had two friends who waaaay are bigger than me who ended up married with children, and they are, let's just say it nicely, not the brightest crayons in the box. How they managed to get married still blows me away. I am shy and a little socially awkward but I am always cheerful and kind to people. I am definitely overweight but not severely obese, as my friends are. Yet men barely glance at me. I just don't get it. Maybe it's because I don't make myself easy and don't sleep around.

Medications can cause you to become overweight/fat, and if you need that shi to live then what do you want them to do? Get off it so they perish but at least they’re skinny? Also it can be genetic too, I’m in a nutrition class and my professor said that last week. It’s not always because someone overeats and has an unhealthy lifestyle.

What worked for me was:
- becoming an adult (metabolism slowed down a bit)
- living on my own (getting to pick my own food)
- track your calorie intake on apps like FOOD. I found out I ate way less than I thought.
- food high in fats like chocolate milk. Also try to add more olive oil while cooking

@@Temmsi wouldn’t recommend calorie tracking for someone underweight and most likely in a calorie deficit. this can actually make the situation a lot worse in majority of cases. i am glad that it worked for you though!
She definitely enjoys the appreciation, positive attention, and encouraging feedback from her admirers (both online and her husband), which she only gets because of the belly and the weight. Normally I'd suggest her close friends & family show her appreciation and validation for other parts of her personality and such, so over time she realizes she's worth more than just a walking bouncing belly for online fetishists, but her husband is probably the main culprit + she eventually won't be able to leave the house & make those close friendship connections if/since he's a feeder (he doesn't seem like he's going to change anytime soon, either). I'm glad she's at least happy for the moment, but that's not going to last as her health quickly nosedives, and I wish she understood the distinctions between what's really making her happy, and what's filling in the gaps of (maybe) a neglected/traumatic/abusive childhood like Ken said.

She just looks so uncomfortable. I guarantee she has back problems. I gained 20 lbs since Thanksgiving and that extra weight is definitely noticeable in terms of my flexibility, stress on my body and energy level.
Who wants to drag all that around??! After having my 2nd child I blew up to 200lbs and felt absolutely awful....My stomach felt so large and in the way. Took me a couple years but I lost the weight and will never be that large again.

Stretch marks usually occur when someone gains a lot over a short period of time; even bodybuilders will get them. This lady has been slowly gaining weight her whole life. what's also interesting is that her legs and arms are in decent shape in comparison to the size of her stomach. Usually, super morbidly obese ppl get Lymphedema in their legs.
So sad, praying for her to have the strength to get healthy ❤
