I get why they didn't have Cody or Roman wrestle(potential injuries) but for a stadium show, it didn't feel like one. If I remember, Australia wanted WWE to host so they didn't need to go all out

Predictably is okay! There’s nothing worse than a swerve for the sake of swerving. The issue isn’t that I could tell what the results were from a mile away, it’s that WWE didn’t tell more compelling stories along the way. I don’t feel like they did much regarding telling side stories throughout the Chamber, the same way they didn’t tell other stories throughout the rumble.
The result might be predictable, but they should have accommodated by booking feuds and stories amongst the other competitors in the match.
The men's literally did that lol. They opened up like five stories during that match.
So now everybody has no problem with WWE putting out a predictable PLE.But if it was another promotion doing the same thing.Wrestling fans would have a problem with it.

If they wanted to make a point about Liv lasting so long they should have given her 1-1 time with Becky at the end of the chamber but she was immediately pinned. Nothing was done about Orton turning heel what show are you watching

It was so simple to use process of elimination here so KO and Logan were obvious fillers Bobby has a storyline going so he’s out Randy is a vet and he’s in it to put over someone else and pay his dues now my money was on LA knight cuz he’s hot but drew makes sense because if Cody and knight win then both champs would be babyface and that would be boring
The only match i like it was the men chamber and the promo where my boy cody said he wants to face the rock
I liked the announce table spot I liked how Nia Jax Samoa drop Rhea Ripley on it a bit of a throwback to how Nia put Lana through the table 9-weeks in a row on RAW
I don’t follow WWE to closely now just watch the special events if I remember, they are on but when’s the last time the made a big splash prior to wrestle mania , a big title change or shocking winner ?

Most pre-Mania PLE/PPVs are.
While the show starting at 2 AM was an issue to some, it wasn’t to me. My only issue was the main event choice and how predictable all of the results were in every match. The first 3 matches were amazing in quality definitely, but the fact no surprising results occurred was a little disappointing. Other than that, ok show👍.

I haven’t enjoyed Rhea since she won the title they basically mentioned it on the show that she hasn’t had a good match since Wrestlemania when she won it which is hilarious because it shows just how hypocritical the fans are mad Roman is never on tv defending but Rhea hasn’t done anything with the belt either she’s only popular because she’s hot 🤷🏻♂️
i guess the difference would be rhea is actually there on a weekly basis. not disagreeing with you.

Quite liked it didn't watch it live watched it a while after I woke up and nothing too great but good predictability aside. The time of it airing didn't bother me and don't get the hate it's apparently getting online and now I know what's it like when other people around the world watch the events at midnight live and where I live it's around late evening early night night. AJ basically pulled up a Dio from JOJO

I wouldn't say it was strange. It was just predictable with no surprises. I went to it. Thought it was solid for the in the ring action. The men's tag match was absolute fire.
Just because a show is "predictable" doesn't mean it can't be fun or entertaining. Elimination Chamber was pretty lit. There doesn't always have to be some sort of twist. And honestly? Tiffany Stratton was the best part. Seth Rollins turning heel on Cody would be so damn stupid. I'm saying it right now. I hate that idea.
Yeah most of this PLE felt like filler to me wish there were at least 3 more matches on this card tbh

I don't want to be that guy but imo the women have outshined the men in 4 of the stipulated multi person matches over past year. The women's MITB ladder match, wargames match, royal rumble match and elimination chamber match was far better than the men's

I think Gunther should have been the one to face Seth.
The visual of Gunther walking out of WM40 as both the WHC and IC would be incredible. There’s an easy story to be told around who the true workhorse champion is as they both essentially identify as the same thing.
It would also be believable for Gunther to kayfabe “injure” Seth’s back so he can take time off.
This and Royal Rumble have a very different vibe to them. Everything is very awkward and quiet. Seeing Priest botch that fall which led to a forced collision with Finn was so laughable. This wasn’t exciting at all
While it’s an incredible stadium, the big downfall of Optus is the open roof which hurts the overall loudness of the crowd coming through on the stream - can confirm we were very loud all night. Would love them to come back.

I watched tna no surrender a few hours before this and tna blew this out of the water.. wwe is acting like they dont trust their roster anymore.. you book randy in a match and have him roll around the mat the whole time. What a joke

The Show was great. The Women's Chamber Was Predictable so as the Mens chamber. If Seth Wasn't injured Maybe we could've gotten rock and roman vs Seth and Cody
Drew deserves that win and he also deserves to go to WrestleMania and beat Seth Rollins for the World Heavyweight Championship FINALLY winning the title in front of a live crowd
