      Sounds like Kobe considered himself entitled, and that the rules didn’t apply to him. It’s not unique in the NBA. Only Jerry Sloan and his Utah Jazz teams experienced consistent enforcement of the Rules. Stockton and Malone were NEVER late.

When a man works harder than anyone in the history of the organization and proves it what more is there to say. See once a person yells at you they have already lost. The best way to get under a persons skin when they are yelling at you is to be quiet and act like nothing is wrong. In that moment that person will be feeling even more upset than you are as the victim of the yelling. My will is stronger than yours coach and I work harder.

    Kobe was untouchable and he knew it, P Jax could have punished him during practice with extra sprints or pushups or whatever but Kobe wouldn't have cared anyways, he knew that the Lakers front office wasn't gonna trade him or discipline him in any significant way because he was simply just too important to the team
