Yeah it’s rare..I’m 6’5 260lbs and have played multiple sports but football and kickboxing was my favorite and I done well in both but all the guys Iv seen who are 7ft or over don’t have great mobility.
Wilt was even more mobile than Shaq at the same size but I've also met more people 6'6"+ that have the mobility of Dirk today

My cousin had a growth issue..he was 7'8 at 15 and wouldnt stop growing..it caused a bunch of health issues esp on his joints so they had to do surgery on him and keep breaking his legs to make him stop growing..he would probably be around 10 to 12 feet tall by his 20's if they didn't do the surgeries..poor guy went through a lot just to be normal..he couldn't even fit in our door 😂 and he had to bend constantly in our house🤦🏻♀️🤷🏻♀️..(we're all short pueblo natives)
