Little Hercules was forced to train and took steroids because of his father. his father was later arrested for domestic abuse
O that is sad but not really surprising. I thing most of the timewhen kids are out of this world it’s because of something unhealthybetween them and the parents. One question: doesn't taking steroidsmess up the way to look for life? Or is it just for woman?
@@TheGoatGirl2 yes it definitely does but for his case I don’t think he needs to go in Hrt because he it was before puberty but what do I know 🤷
Wow
Yeah it’s so sad
Yea and he had to do 600 pushups and if he did his father panel would torture him but his dad got arrested
" At the age of 3, he carries 3 trucks on his back" got me laughing like hell
Yeah no, I can with toy trucks.
There’s nothing funny about it, you r just begging for likes
Well i cold carry 1024 of 3 trucks 😂😂
@@arhanpenuballi4331how is he begging are you stupid or something
Your videos always make my day!!! :))
Great video. That was shocking. Thanks again for great content.
Amazing!
"For cardio, he runs up the stairs."
Me:
seems legit
You just repeated what they did in the video
The candle that burns twice as bright only lasts half as long.
Bro can just do anything😮
He runs up and down stairs 😂😂😂
7:38 ilove how she nedds 3 spots cose its so heavy😂
2 was definitely roids, his father got in trouble for it
not
Let's be honest, we all aspectded to be the strongest human in the world.😢😢
Fr
Guess you still do, its expected-
At the age of 3 we used to drink milk.
Meanwhile the brothers: carrying three trucks on their backs
The first 2 kids shocked me in under a second
Brownie a beast
you should do a video on blaze the American football prodigy
Such a good vodedlo
You should check out bubba Pritchett, he won Americas strongest teen 12-15 year old class when he was 11
hey i don't know if guys ever see this but that guy is really cool the one that is a fire diver i when and watched his performance and i met him and he is so cool and u guys also make me push myself
thats crazy
Ok let’s be honest all the claims didn’t match up like that girl who “supposedly” squatted 215 pounds at 10 but somehow only gained 100 pounds in her lifts while she’s in her 20s. And also 1% body fat is crazy
Or the girl who benched 300 pounds 😂😂
@@synnc3626prob a video of that lol
but I don't fucking believe it
You're misunderstanding the human body's development path. Putting weight lifter stress on a child stunts their growth. "Jake" is a legit example, if you continue to lift your entire youth, you don't get height.
@@up4open763 such a stupid myth. That only happens if you damage a growth plate and with proper form that will never happen
Really never new that
If one of these kids was carsick we’d literally have a hulk
nice
0:53 bro unlocked big brother strength
1:13 💀
Yoooo!!
Might be strong but I can take all of them at the same time
Absoluetly 😂
Yes sir
Ikr, skill issue on their part
Maybe not the older ones. Emphasis on maybe.
Why do you think you can?
Blue Shirt Guy Is getting Jealous 😂
Hey Browney, you and Arjen (and probably Jorg also) should do David Goggins' 100 mile run
Rest is allowed of course because i don't want to see any of you die from this challenge. But it must be done continuously, so you don't have rest by doing 1 mile this day and another mile the next day
you have been posting this for a while, i hope he notices you, you could also post in his insta posts and community posts if he does any
i agree that it would be cool to see this, but as someone who’s done some ultras, their odds of success would be about as low as my odds of outrunning goggins - it’s just not going to happen. their bodies could probably move 100 miles in 24 hours, but i would be truly amazed if any of them had the mental strength to do it just for the sake of the video.
they could probably physically do it, but i don’t think that any of the three have a good enough reason to keep pushing when things get tough and then keep getting worse. it would be cool to watch them try though, not least because they might inspire some people watching to push themselves beyond where they think they can go
@@emeralff881without training a lot the risk of injury will be too high
@@emeralff881 i see what you mean, i mean if they do more challenges like this i was thinking about suggesting navy hell week but now i realize that's NOT going to happen lmao
At that age I was playing with toy cars 💀

Try to do a one handed muscle up
A lot of bodyweight exercises are a bit easier for children than for aduls because of the difference in their physiques.
especially when your dad spikes your protein shakes with anabolic steroids.
Square-cube ratio. Muscle strength is based on the cross-section of the muscle, so proportional to the square of the linear measurement. Body weight is proportional to volume, and so to the cube of linear measurement. If you take a human and purely scale them up or down (which is NOT how body growth works of course, but gives an approximation), they will be linearly weaker for their body weight. As Isaac Asimov pedantically pointed out in a review of a science-fiction-ish show called Land of the Giants, this is why you can't have giants that could hold humans in their hands: at that scale, bone is not strong enough to support that much weight. Of course, at the other end, there are problems with body heat distribution, but that's another matter.
me as a kid i cant even do a pull up
I started working out at 10
now i am the strongest kids
Can you make a video of this girl her name is Abriana Borisova from Bulgaria she is really good at her job please 😊Btw you are amazing.❤

1% bodyfat? More like 1% chance of living
Them doing pull ups in a handstand way
Me only having a high score of 5 sec of handstands
Hey can u tell does building body stops our height if we are child? I have heard this many times
if you lift weights with correct form and the weight that you are comfortable with it wont stunt your growth
just do body weight exercises and running , no need to do weights now In my opinion cause If you dont know The coach of mike tyson made him run with weighted vest so that he doesnt grow any taller
@@covid6964 I'm 13 and soo fat about 57 kg so should I run or exercise
@@user-pb6wj7ve4v thank you I was doing workouts and I am felling demotivated in school all my friends are faster than me and better in sports I'll run more to become slim .. and how much should I run?
@@narutonamikaze10000 just walk in a fast pace for 1 or 2 km in the morning and eat less than maintenance calories, do body weight exercises like squats , pushups , you are a beginner, so first be strong in basics like running and bodyweight exercises
1% body fat is actually almost deadly since you need at least 2% to be shredded af
6-10% to be shredded af
Literally a roasting video💀
Some of those kids where actually on PEDs can't belive you didn't know that. Given to them without them knowing by their parents.
this kid can destroy my chest and my ribs !
Bro if your name is Schellenschläger you should be in slapfighting.
That's literally what it means.
It is crazy

Kids doing these stuffs meanwhile me who left the gym and calisthenics from 4 months eating rubbish things😂
the stroe brothers are now professional bloxers in romania
4:38 Most normal kids on Wechat stories:
Your body is stunted by body-building type weight-lifting when you're young. Jake, in my opinion, shows much of that in his form. It's perfectly fine to do aerobics, to learn the basics of lifts and even to lift for high-reps low weight. But nobody should be doing shaping until they're well past puberty.
Our bodies are built for heavy physical training st a very young age. This comment is false if you really do mean that you should only workout beyond puberty.
I think the age of like 6 or 7 is too young since kids are kinda dumb at that age and will do something irresponsible but not for any other reason.
@@jippse6608 Able to sustain, vs optimal outcome. I have no doubt that Jake has very strong bones, but if you look closely, many of them are rather short, which ultimately means that even if he packs on as much muscle as he can, he's limited in compression distance, or leverage. Further, having strained his ligaments and joint tissues, he's going to be prone to early arthritis, possibly taking decades off his functional life. Yes, he was the strongest animal in his size for a few years, and maybe that helped him survive. But his grandchildren will miss his education, and his life as an adult will be harder.
@@up4open763 this comment it made no sense. Please restate in better form.
@@up4open763 anabolic steroids before puberty might stunt growth, which could explain their height, also it's not "you're short cause you lifted heavy weight and did calisthenics" it's you did that better than others cause you're short, shorter limbs support stronger pressing strength, also makes your proportions easier for balance and calisthenics. You don't become taller from playing basket ball, you just will never make it in basketball unless you're tall enough.

Is it normal for me to have 8 packs at age of 13? I never went to gym. I always trained at home. I had my interest for that things at age of 5 and thats where' i 've got. I am going to gym the next week for first time . I hope i get good results.
I mean, the fact that you are training since being a 5 year old of course you have a visible sixpack
When I was free I could do 365 human push-ups

I feel like Asian parents are needed to be this strong
Why?
Cj is a football player so coach sometimes has the players use less social media
There qll stronger than me time like 48 💀
I was eating a pop tart while watching this. Now I feel pathetic😐
It's not only what the chose to become. Being strong is just sooo much easier when you are young as the strength to weight ratio is really in your favor. Growing up can destroy your athletic abilities even if you train hard as fuck. You also see that a lot with young climbers.
climbers? dude total strength and the ability to lift your body weight with your finger tips is far from the same thing, ofcourse it will be harder to lift your own body for longer periods of time if you weigh more, but you will still be stronger in any other aspect. A 100kg guy doing 5 pull ups is both stronger and more impressive than a 60kg guy doing 15 pull ups.
@@gromswowguide7927A high level of bodily control and strength as compared to mass can be impressive in its own right.

wait, doesn't lifting weights before puberty and adulthood cause stunted growth?
That's a myth. It actually helps develop a stronger core and prevent injuries
