can u give tips on how to lose weight and how to do all the non weight exercises properly cause i need help doing that and i would like to do this over the summer so i'd love some tips on how to do easier pushups how i should breathe during them and all id be happy if u would be ok doing that
Go on a calorie deficit, cut 200-500 calories from your usual diet. Drink and eat less than you burn. Walk 2-3 miles a day, which is 300+ calories as you burn more calories when you weigh more. Try to do a push-up with your knees down and do it slowly so you could breathe.
