I remember Hero Hei said this once: "virtue signaling is in it of itself false virtue", and boy is he correct. A lot of individuals who choose to be obnoxious activists and dictate the creative freedoms of what other artists are allowed to draw and share are very often people who are highly narcissistic, bigoted (ironically) and are somewhat mentally ill, but don't let that last one make you think they have no control of themselves and should be let off the hook.

    Fictional characters does have feelings...
But their feelings are only relevant to the world they belong to, not the real world. That's how suspension of disbelief works. The problem with X-freaks is that they aren't able to suspend their disbelief when consuming fictional content, because they lack the maturity to do so. There are a number of reasons for this, but I think the main one is bad parenting, which makes sense, because we are talking about people that experiences reality mostly through the screen of a smartphone, computer or television.

Even if the woman in question wishes to wear skimpy clothes of her own volition, she will never be able to consent to every dude, since she can't always know who might see her

And, in order to win the argument, he straight up told me that they were.
I just moved on from that because if someone is willing to believe that fictional characters have sentience then there's no real argument to have, because these people either have some serious mental problems or it's so important to "own" someone in an argument that they have to pretend to be clinically insane.
They literally sound just like the politicians and media talkin about violent video games just to drum up attention or get you to care about their personal feelings.
