I do not se any crime commented as this is nothing more that a well fair check. And there for he does not have show any ID as he is parked in a private parking lot and not a traffic stop and this cop has no business asking him over and over.. And any unlawful detainment or arrest will get thrown out. I like the way he said he ran from the police, umm just one problem its not a traffic stop and he was not legally detain so he can just leave. As far as I see this is an unlawful arrest. He could be cited for burning rubber.
@@patriot101101 The cops were called for a domestic dispute. He was uncooperative and refusing police commands and lying. Cops didn’t just show up for no reason. Sounds like you’re part of the problem! Nothing to hide? Why lie and run away?
@@patriot101101it’s an investigation since he gave a false name while the officer was out on the welfare check therefore he has to produce ID or go get fingerprinted and wait at the jail house till his ID comes back. Since he’s intoxicated behind the wheel of a vehicle that is running under Supreme Court case Pennsylvania vs Mims he can demand him to get out the vehicle if he doesn’t get out he can physically remove him. That’s the law not feelings and political correctness

If bodycam didn’t exist, people would believe him. So playing nice, which is technically what cops are supposed to do when trying to get a suspect to cooperate, is the “de-escalation” that everyone cries about. So this is what cops have to do now. Coddle suspects, even those who have committed offenses right before their eyes, so as not to offend. It sucks, but God forbid the masses who aren’t LEO’s, clutch their pearls.

These officers, especially the first one, was way too patient, and I blame that on the media and society, not him. It's absolutely ridiculous what officers have to put up with. This could have ended so much worse. This guy thinks he's above the law, and at his age that isn't going to change. I say lock him up for the rest of his life and be done with his BS.
