I know right now they got a guy who tried to turn America into a dictatorship walking around threatening random court employees who isn't even in jail despite witness intimidation and making threats to judges. Any one of us would have had our bail revoked long ago. But our justice system is entirely broken and only ever punishes the weak.

The court knows she's not going to show up for her arraignment. They plan on pocketing that bail money and issuing a bench warrant for her arrest so she can bail out again. It's a profit thing, pure and simple. They don't care about the business owners that are being harmed because the loss can be written off on taxes.

We were walking through the parking lot towards the entrance and all of a sudden I saw this guy come running out of the store with a big box(I think it was a tv), he jumped into a waiting car with a woman driving, a plain clothed loss prevention employee was chasing him and started punching the window. The woman driving took off and turned down the aisle we were walking in and came literally inches from hitting us. My youngest was 2 at the time and my oldest was 5. It scared the shit outta me! The kids hardly even noticed. They got upset when they saw me upset😢 After it happened a bunch of people who saw it came running over to make sure we were ok. It was really scary. They could’ve killed or injured my kids over a fucking TV!!!🤬

If a person, or group of people, are involved in a criminal act, and someone (even one of the parties to that crime) is killed or dies as a result of that crime being committed, then all parties to that initial crime can be charged with Felony Murder, regardless of intent. This is called the "Felony Murder rule", and it is available to prosecutors in 46 out of 50 states.

It does not work that way any more. I used to do loss prevention. But after being assaulted many times (at least twice by 2 and 3 strikers) and not one being charged with more than petty theft I quit. Prosecutors do not care.

My kids and I almost got hit by some people who were stealing from a Walmart in Nashville(Charlotte Pike) a few years ago. We were walking through the parking lot towards the entrance and all of a sudden I saw this guy come running out of the store with a big box(I think it was a tv), he jumped into a waiting car with a woman driving, a plain clothed loss prevention employee was chasing him and started punching the window. The woman driving took off and turned down the aisle we were walking in and came literally inches from hitting us. My youngest was 2 at the time and my oldest was 5. It scared the shit outta me! The kids hardly even noticed. They got upset when they saw me upset😢 After it happened a bunch of people who saw it came running over to make sure we were ok. It was really scary. They could’ve killed or injured my kids over a fucking TV!!!🤬
Thank God nobody was hurt. Even on good days we keep the kids close in Walmart parking lots. Bunch of nuts out there
