Warabimochi is Japanese confection. It is chewy jelly-like Mochi.
This Warabimochi I used is very cheap and popular snack that costs only 100yen 1 bucks! You can buy it at conbini or local supermarkets.

To color it, I used rainbow shaved ice syrup 👍 You can of course use food colorings.

Difficulty: Very Easy
Time: 1hour
Number of servings: about 6 sticks
Ingredients:
1 rainbow shaved ice syrup amzn.to/3B2RWVj
2 package Warabimochi www.asukafoods.co.jp/products/...
Directions:
1. Divide Warabimochi into 8 plates.
2. Pour in rainbow syrup and leave in the fridge for about an hour.
3. Thread them onto skewers to finish.
