The warabi mochi I shot this time was not able to capture the sound because the sound of the manufacturing process was low and there was a glass wall in front.
Therefore, in this video, we have inserted BGM, not the sound of the scene.
However, this does not match the direction of my channel, which wants to vividly convey the sound of the scene.
After that, I will do my best to capture the sound of the field well.
The channel still lacks a lot, but please take care of it.

Warabi mochi, from warabi starch/bracken starch, you can also use sweet potato starch

It's made from the warabi plant, but it's basically like a starchy blob eating wise.
You know how cornstarch gets gelatinized when you apply heat? It's just like starchy jello and has a vaguely sweet taste, but the real flavor is in the kinako (soy bean powder) and the blackstrap molasses sauce (I think the closest thing would be to melt some unrefined sugar into some molasses)

Japanese sweet. Soft and sweet (nearly jelly like) with flavor and smell of golden ground nuts

It is jelly made with bracken starch, and sweet toasted soybean flour. Delicious!
