Out of all things, I love the little detail of Trevor reeling his morning star in when they're done fighting. Little realistic touches of that add to the immersion of these stories, and that's the best
One thing I liked was how the last two vampires were so terrified of the Morning Star Whip that they completely dropped their guard to Sypha and Alucard.
This felt so damn cool. The come-uppance on the vampire generals felt great, after watching them gore down so many people. Plus the fight music, Sypha's adaptation fighting, and just the general feel of this season's climax was incredible.

The teamwork is beautiful, no one outshine the other, everyone has their own roles and that is what I like to see
This is hands down the pinnacle of anime fight scene adopted from a game.
When I was playing Castlevania, this is how I imagined the fight, even if it is in 2D
Travor and Alucard presents the arse kicker Sypha.
This fight scene was so badass, I hope more scenes like this will be in season 3.
Judging by the trailer that was just released, i'm already looking forward to them.
Greatest rendition of bloody tears ever!
The soundtrack in this scene was beautiful.
1:36 when alucard cuts her, that little smile has to be the most exciting part about this fight. she is like "you thought bitch"
Avatar, The legend of Sypha
Hahaha
This season was so bad ass
GOD I absolutely love the fighting style of Syphia, no doupts, no feelings only pure, gruesome magic abilities used in creative ways with no intern monologues, without naming every spell she uses nor being the "useless support female teammate of the group" as always magicians are reflected in media and anime (god I really hate Aqua).
Who's aqua
The "useless goddess" from konosuba. Blue hair and a narcissist who along with megumi the once a day nuke wizard cause the most damage and get the team into extraordinary amounts of debt
Konosuba is a comedy tho and all the team members are equally worthless lol
I’m glad everyone’s talking about Sypha she’s my favorite character and I love her
Out of all things, I love the little detail of Trevor reeling his morning star in when they're done fighting. Little realistic touches of that add to the immersion of these stories, and that's the best
It's the full speed run up fire prayer that gets me every single time!
Really like the battle music they used.
It's kinda a staple song of the series called bloody tears
And it's one of the best tracks in video games as a whole
Whats the song called …?
@@Subject-ws3dz Bloody Tears. Exists since 198x, in Simon's Quest, and regulary reused because it's so good.
That last blow though. Sypha is the best Mage ever
Sypha: "This hand of mine is burning red! Its loud roar tells me to grasp victory! Bakunetsu GOD FINGER!!!"
Love how she just runs up for that face palm! She wasted no time!
YES
2:25 sypha went god mode
...And they are not even exhausted after that. Amazing cardio.
Sypha is a badass, the fire palm is hands down the best kill so far, and the walk off. “Yeah I cooked him, you saw it.”
Such a good god damn cathartic experience. Seriously after how fucked up this war counsel was, it was great to see their come-uppance.
I agree, but it would've been nice to see them fight more so we knew how strong they really were.
@@billystokes3917 I mean they butchered those sleeping children really fast, so...
@@richardavelino7383 True...also, season 3 gives us a bit more about the Japanese vampire.
That's one of the best fight scenes ever their teamwork was too good
Sypha's kills in this clip. Even Belmont and Alucard are like wtf!
I literally got a Mustang vibe on how Sypha obliterated that last general.
Never really put that together but dude, yeah.
Mustang killing lust specifically?
2:25-2:32 favorite part.. I like how she just casually walks away too lol
Sypha is the closet thing we’ve seen to Avatar Kyoshii.
imagine how dawn of sorrow's julius mode would be animated in this anime
It would end in like 5 minutes while showcasing a crazy madman yelling ULEULEULEULE the whole time
One thing I liked was how the last two vampires were so terrified of the Morning Star Whip that they completely dropped their guard to Sypha and Alucard.
This felt so damn cool. The come-uppance on the vampire generals felt great, after watching them gore down so many people. Plus the fight music, Sypha's adaptation fighting, and just the general feel of this season's climax was incredible.
This is really good and makes me think about how Sypha lost to the Cyclops. I guess she was ambushed and surprised, otherwise it looks like she would demolish the cyclops in seconds
I love how the generals doesn't give too much threat than I thought at first
Props to homeboy with 2 swords. He tried.
I love those little jabs that Trevor does with the whip
And God this animation is beautiful. Some shots look like the official artworks.
The look they give each other at the end of the fight lol. Like "we are sou proud of this bloody mess we just delivered"
"Clerics are fucking broken" - my friend and the ranger of our D&D session
Have to agree after seeing this.
that music man. so epic
The way sypha rushed up to that one vamp and incinerated it
Sypha using the ice shards defensively reminds me of certain npcs from Fable 2 that were able to use the Blades spell in a similar way (like Garth). She is freaking incredible! I can't wait to see what season 3 brings!
One of my favorite fighting scenes
0:32
Vampire general: got you now bitch
Sypha: no u
Can you imagine if they made a fight where it’s alucard, sypha, and Trevor vs isaac and carmilla
Something that blows my mind about all of the fight scenes in this show is I can’t imagine a more challenging and tedious weapon to animate than a whip.
I've seen houndreds of comments praising Sypha, but i'll do it again, holy shit she is awesome character. Pity that we haven't seen more of this trio.
Best anime of this year
True and attack on titan too.
Pero... No es anime... :v
Aunque concuerdo contigo que es de las mejores series animadas del año
@@Threeprosgames He's spanish (and since I'm italian I can easily understand, so...)
He just said that this isn't an anime, but he agrees that it's the best animation series of the year. Lol.
@@Threeprosgames Yeahhh almost everybody in the world speaks 1 or 2 languages beside's his mother language, but not americans, they barely speaks there own and demand everyone else to speak english, so pathetic
And yeah it's not even and anime fucking weeb
Damn they went up in there and clapped all kinds of cheeks
I was sad this is the only scene in the show that actually uses music directly from the games. But goddamn, "Bloody Tears," what an awesome choice!
The way Sypha roasts that last guy. I love it
Sypha's fight scenes are the freaking best, I still wonder how she got owned by the cyclops
What I've noticed is that she usually needs a few seconds to charge up a spell before she can release it. So, I'm guessing the cyclops just happened to freeze her first, then went after the other guys.
Ahhh the soundtrack is so good for this scene
I wonder just how many of those vampires ruled prominent nation states in the world
I keep watching because the teamwork here is at its best!!!! So fucking awesome!!!
2:24 the terror this man felt when he saw her run up on him
One of the few cases a vampire felt terrified when a human came charging at them. Usually the other way around.
This anime was so underrated
I'm sorry they treat alucard like hes the powerhoue but seriously sypha is fucking terrifying lol
That Bloody Tears remix
This is what happens when everyone plays their assigned role and everyone can carry themselves
sypha racking up kills like a pro
Season 1 & 2:
Trevor - Tank
Syphas - Support
Alucard - Carry
Season 3:
Trevor - Tank
Syphas - Carry
Alucard - AFK
I have to admit, that cleave move by Sypha was pretty sweet.
@2:37
“WELL. That didnt take too long.”
I kinda wish we'd gotten to know these vampire characters more, but to be honest this scene just says it all. Amazing really. The music, the animation, the execution is just brilliant.
