She being pregnant when they were fighting Goblins is plain visible. First because of the joke - "You climbed over me. You did this to me." That never gets old.
Also second hint that gave away was the fact she losed her temper. Sypha didn't loaed it when they were fighting against Dracula or in Season 3 finale. But she losing it by just fighting Goblins and also the fact that her being mad over Trevor was unreasonable. She choosed to travel with him, she also had fun hunting Vampires and monsters together with him. Yeah that was most definitely mood swing due to which she losed her temper.

i love their friendships man. Alucard was so fucking happy to see them again when they came to his rescue. And their banter and connection was just the same as if nothing had changed after not seeing each other for several months like true friends and they got straight to work instantly flowing with each other.

She might not want to be so close to where he died. To where they’re adventure ended. It would probably be just too traumatic. But she stayed after thinking past that.
I think she wanted to leave that behind because everyone thought Trevor was dead,and like most scenarios she wouldn't want the child ending up like Trevor.
As to what more she could want, in my opinion a very reasonable response would be "better than one in five odds both mother and child survive the delivery"
