  • This is not the first time I've learned the lesson of not saying yes to something. I've been doing so well and I fell trap to it this time. We'll get the real sign up in a week or so when it stops snowing here in Utah.
The lift rental was $300 from Home Depot

I’ve “learned” this lesson a thousand times. 😂

  • @SublimationGuy

    Interesting, beautiful mountains!!

  • @leviteapparel

😂😂You're right sometime going above beyond it's too much

  • @shiversneak

    really enjoying your content

  • @miketheprintman

Beautiful views of the mountains though.

  • @TheWoodburningWarrior

Oh my goodness I did the same thing except it was a different thing, somebody asked me if I would sew in a corset kit into a dress, I accidentally said yes, worst mistake, but I will never do it again! 👀

  • @goal245

I always have to remind my self I'm a print only shop. No installs, the few times I made an exception I wasted way too much time on it

  • @heliosdesign

I feel your pain. One of my customers talked me into replacing a 6' x 12' on a 30' pole. I'm good up to about 20 feet. Plus, there weren't any level spots for the genie lift. The pucker factor was high on that job.

  • @fauxque5057

It's not like Home Depot doesn't have a selection of various sized trailer hitch balls for sale.

  • @tonytuka

    i feel your pain

  • @georgegeorge899

C'mon man... At least it was fun...

  • @jasonbauer3781

Man, I hate this lesson so hard. Your friends can be your worst printing clients

  • @guitarchitectural

I'd counter your closing points with - sometimes it's not about you. If a friend needs help, you do it because you're their friend - not because it fulfills you. If a customer is in a bind, you sometimes do things you don't like in order to be a decent and good person and because you might be the only person that can help - not because you're the expert or because it's your calling. Nothing wrong with being a decent person.

    T - Trouble. :D

  • @thesmuuuuggh

disagree. you have to chase the bag sometimes.
