I have been watching you since before I got a printer now I have 2 n a cutter you inspire me with your honesty m reality of the business.. it's hard but eazy too lol
I aspire to offer print services alongside my design business, I just discovered your channel and I thank you so much for your content! ❤
Definitely a bit more cramped than the old place, but that’s not always a bad thing. Looking forward to more videos of that Colorado.
The smaller space has been helpful to create focus and increase profitability.
Looking awesome. I hope to have as much equipment as you someday :-) Also, looking chilly outside.
I thought the same thing a few years ago. Keep pushing and you'll be able to get what you want. I love the winter months.
I thought you had another flatbed cutter, not the Summa. If you did, what brand was it?
Looks like a good flowing shop
That's what I'm trying to create. Something that flows well and allows production to go fast and smooth.
Nice!
Looking good! I am very ready to re-arrange my shop I just can’t bring myself to do the work lol.
It's worth the time and money to do it.
well done mate, love from uk
Much appreciated
cool shop!
Thanks, still a work in progress.
Looks good. If you sell the flat bed will you get a mounting table so you can still create ridgid board print /cut on the summa.
I've got a few quotes. Definitely on my list of things that would help keep some of the products we currently offer.
@@ttms don’t go back to the mega squeege!
How did you get all your business? Online marketing? A website? cold calling?
Mostly word of mouth. I've been doing more cold/warm contact this month and I'm working on trying to improve my website to drive sales there, but that's not a priority right now.
Did you get rid of the Konica in the move? If so why? I’m planning on purchasing one but still wondering if it’s a good investment or not
Love the videos btw, best print shop on CZcams
I did. It came down to a space issue. I could have probably made it work, but at the same time I'm trying to narrow my focus. I've definitely missed having it.
What is your experience with colorado? I have heard some bad reviews...
I've been happy with mine.
what happened to your HP Latex?
I sold it. I don't have enough room at the new place.
did you say that was your brothers place, didnt he move you out of your previous place hence the move, if so why would you entertain him?
My brother doesn't own this building, but we are both leasing the space.
