  • Here is a first look at the new to me printer. This is the Canon Colorado. This model is the 1630. It's a used machine that I got from the same people I got my Canon Arizona from.

It’s a solid machine. It’s a beast, so you got to keep it fed. Can’t wait to see more from it.

  • @Davey_A

The Colorado is a beast. You will be happy with it

My company just "upgraded" to a Latex 630 from a Latex 360. It was definitely a downgrade. It's slower (if that's even possible), the user interface is smaller and more cumbersome, and it routinely crashes in the curing zone. Probably gonna be sending it back.

Oce Colorado is one of the most problematic printers. They are only good when they are in working order. But this is temporary. Unfortunately. I recommend replacing the hdd with an ssd and increasing the RAM. This will solve some problems in the future and will definitely increase the performance and boot time of the system.

That a nice printer on paper. Hope you have good tech support. That machine for stickers is really nice. But you need good volume to make it worth while. Would not sell my roll to roll though.

  • @topwrapz

We'll switch our latex to epson R5000L. Epsons resin got everything I need from HP but brings in the color consistency, panel alignment consistency, quality and reliability, which are the key factors for our wrap & panel application printer.

  • @jpgprinting

I was looking the Colorado some time ago. Because of the feature of multiples rolls.

  • @jonaskarppinen7179

Hello! Always look all your videos. I have bought a 1650 today and have you printed on holografic and chrome?

  • @jankowollman3669

we have a canon Colorado 1650 and we cannot find the power plugin interface.

  • @user-zg5do9gd4y

Could you help me with the information of the real ink consumption? I gonna by this machine

  • @jpgprinting

But I purchase another latex instead. And the main reason is my business depends so much on my latex printer. Having just one is very risky because of any downtime.

  • @SublimationGuy

    Hmmm...very interesting!!

  • @goal245

My Colorado is down for almost 2 weeks despite having service contract, lesson learned do not rely on just one printer. Love the machine but the 2 week down down time really hurts. Great printer, love everything about it but Canon really dropped the ball with bad tech support

  • @pixelprintpkuchannel1348

How can you have so much money? Sorry I never see volume in your work.

  • @Zoli_ExhibitPrinting

When you said Canon Colorado in you new workshop tour I just thought you were stressed and meant your Arizona flat bed. Kinda scared to watch this as I just bought the Hp Latex 700w and I don't want to love a different machine.

  • @chadwick-ma

colorado is a high volume machine. if you cant constantly print multiple rolls everyday and get service contract. do not get this machine. small volume shop latex is much better choice
