U definitely should be able to do at least 60 pushups without stopping before you try this
while these are cool progressions; step 4 using the wall as spotter probably won't work. I have been trying this for months, and every time I wipe out is off the wall
+Efficient Leaders I hear ya. You can get a human spotter to stand in front of you with their arms to help keep you from falling forward too much. I have done that and it works well for those who have a tendency to fall forward.
