@@Thisishh473 Flexing my legs, glutes, and core seemed to take some pressure off of the upper body.
Two years through lock down Igor Voitenko motivated me to be strong. After reading Can't hurt me David Goggings motivated me to be tough, seeing Goggings watching one Igor Voitenko video shows me that this is the way. NEXT WORKOUT CHANGED MY BODY, GOGGINGS CHANGED MY MINDSET.
Thats real hard Shit. Great to know :D
Voitenko 😂
The pump after doing just the half of this is insane. I can really say that i touched my limit with those push-ups
Especially when you hold in between reps. Thats really tests the wits :D
@@TheGogginsCrewthat’s what really does it for me I can do 30 normal easy but this hard af
I consider myself fit but after the third long stop it's over for me. I can never fully complete the fourth
@@matemondovics9990 Damn, you're strong, how long have you been training?
@@rhythmgod7086 It's not that crazy really, I mainly train in chalistenics and still consider myself a newbie at it. I've been doing it for little over half a year now probably. My arms always give out from this challenge, I actually almost completed it since then, I did 30 but it's a long stop and I couldn't push myself up at the last one. I think most people who are relatively fit could make it to the third stop at least, they just don't want to couse' it's very painful. It's really about pushing yourself, I mean I couldn't even lift my arms up when I finished with this. My trick was that I told myself I had to do 30 and counted it. No matter how much I wanted to quit I knew it wasn't 30 yet so I had to try until I literally couldn't anymore or I reached 30, and you have to take it very seriously. That always works for me. Even if you can't complete it now, you know you pushed yourself to your limits so if you do the same consistently you eventually will
Best form i have seen yet on this challenge, it is super easy if you abuse form, but Goggins does it right just as i aspect
Started doing these 2 weeks ago and graduated to completing without stopping 2 days ago. These ain't no joke 💪🏾
was able to reach the third stop today... feeling strong 💪
❤🔥
Going even a single push ahead from here is too tough...but I 'll keep pushing ❤ thanks for the love

I love this
As a 12 year old… I actually did it, I’ve been doing this challenge for 2 years now and I finally did it, I haven’t seen this video in such a long time, so when I saw it on my f.y.p, I decided to do it and somehow actually did it all, this is one of the craziest things I’ve ever done, I’m so proud of myself!
Good shit bro! Keep at it, you'll be ripped in no time 💪
Hard but doable if you have an unbreakable mindset 💪🏾
Ayyy I'm here 2nd just finished my pullup workout💪 stayin hard

I deadass just did this. I danced the first couple of reps with some pulse but it costed me. I still pulled the fuck through, I'll post a short in a few days bc this 30 was a lil dirty. I appreciate you Goggins
I should post my leg workout seeing how this one was pretty fun to do
I couldn't get through 2 mins, the fact that you could do it in a single go is a testament to your strength.
Goggins has an excellent eye for interior decorating.
Damn man, this is one crazy workout. I tried it and I could only keep it to maybe 10 or 12 reps, but one day I will do it through the whole song.
Those stops get me I do these while I play video games it helps me stay active between games or when I take a break. 👌
When Goggins says it's no joke you know you gotta bring your A game! stay strong brothers
Just did this with air squats and went all the way through but it was hard. Only did 3:30 with the push-ups, but can’t wait to try again

Come one Bro, Go ahead! You Can make it!
I normally come to this video over and over whenever I lack motivation and desperately need to lock in. Whenever I'm able to complete the challenge as I've done 3 times I feel pumped up and motivated instantly to take on any tasks and perform very well. Moreover the first time trying this challenge wasn't a success neither was the second or third, it me atleast 5 tries before I got it (i.e with a week interval between each attempt). Now I've improved and I'm good at doing it. I just want to inspire others with my comment that's all, I want them to acknowledge that with. Discipline and confidence they can complete this challenge too.
We were doing squats to Moby - Flower at my recruiting station almost 2 years ago. It was always a brutal workout.
Ring Goggins up. Cant bring him down. Inspiring billions all over the town 🔥
First day trying this challenge, got it to 3:40. Not bad, but I want to do better
(Day 2): Tried it with pull ups, got it to 2:56. Way harder than push ups…
(Day 3): Back do the push ups again, did to 4:14 this time. Already seeing progress!
(Day 4): Got a bit worse comparing to the last time. Got it to 4:08
(Day 5): 4:04
(Day 6): Best Progress so far 4:40
(Day 7): After one week of resting from this challenge got back on track and did it again to 4:40 , but this time with better form!
(Day 8): This time I got it to just 4:05 , but I got it with perfect form! From now onwards there will only be space for improvement.
(Day 9): Got it to 4:03 , dont know why, but today was feeling weak.
(Day 10): Got it to 4:38 with perfect form!! Never felt so strong. I guess that some days we feel weak and other days we feel stronger than ever.
(Day 11): Got back to 4:10
Great

I'm currently doing this challenge. I've done many pushup challenges but this is much harder. I started on Jan 9th of 2024 and have improved about about 25 seconds as of Jan 30th. I give my arms and shoulders a couple days rest then go again. I'm also 65 years old so it might take awhile...
I like Watching David goggins smash this workout after me failing to get halfway. This was day 2 I’ll try again tomorrow STAY HARD!

Day 5: let emotions beat me very disappointed did none
Day 6: 3::50
Day 7 : 3:40
Day 8 : 3:15
Day 9 : 3:55 realized if u go into it nice happy then i wont do as well if i go into it with none of those emotions then i get a higher score. (because from going happy to struggling badly the struggle gap is too big for you to handle but if you are already struggling mentally or physically during the start then the struggle gap will be lower)
Day 10: 3:55
Day 11: 4:08 felt physically stronger after taking a bath then doing them
Day 12 :4:00 the muscles pain is big after doing it i cant even get up using if have to use my legs and everything except my arms to get up
Day 13: done none. no excuse
Day 14: 3:55
Day 15: 4:08
Day 16: 4:20 yess my new record, legs and everything trembling lool
Thats dedication right there
Try doing this with squats next
Do this and finish it every morning after coffee
I been doing this every week now for the last 6 months. I got a workout for yas. The burpee challenge( jump and clap above head)50 burpees 1min break. 40 burpees 45 sec break. 30 burpees 30 sec break. 20 burpees 15sec break.10 burpees DONE! .got to be in under 10mins
.
_I have another option of doing push -ups. I use the same seconds while my arms are going down and going up that when my chest is close to the floor. Example , If I use 10 seconds with my chest close to the floor , I use 10 seconds when my arms are going down and another 10 seconds when they're going up. My push -ups reps are slow but tougher ; I assure you it's hard too._
.
I started this challenge because I want to change. And I will change if I start doing something that my mind doesn't enjoy doing or thinking about doing, so here I am.

Holy hell this sh!t is intense... I just tried it for the first time and fell to the floor after the first long hold😅 It's an exciting challenge though. I'm looking forward to building up over time and finally being able to make it all the way through.
Whats up now?
I can only get half way. I won’t stop until I complete this fully thx goggins
You'll make it brah !!!
My husband and I started to do it but it will take us long time until we are able to go through it 😂 But I did the entire track pf squats and my a** is on fire 🔥 😅
At my 4th try today I got it done… but I slightly hacked it a bit where on the Sally ups I stay up just a bit longer before going down. It gives me just enough time to relax my muscles.
so u didn’t do it 😂
Keep on trying mate! Look in the mirror and ask yourself if you got it done really? Don’t cheat yourself!
