    I wanted to give a quick review of the Vahva Fitness programs. I used to use kettlebells and sandbags, medicine balls, pick up heavy objects and throw them over my shoulder, sledgehammers with tires, body weight movements, a lot of explosive movements.
    My goal was to be fit and strong as long as I could. But what was happening is I was basically abusing my body and I was getting a lot of lower back pain that would put me out for a week. Tennis elbow with the last three months, shoulder pains.
    I kept thinking, if I just work out harder, get stronger, all that stuff will go away. But it didn't. I remember seeing Eero's videos on animal crawling and movement and flexibility. I started adding a little bit of that into my programs, and I realized that this was really good, that I needed a lot more movement and mobility in my training.
    I got the movement 20XX, started doing that, committed to six months of that. Got rid of all the kettlebell, medicine ball, all that other program that I was doing and focused on the movement 20XX. And at the end of six months, I felt amazing.
    I had more mobility, flexibility. I was stronger and more confident. I decided to add the athlete 20XX to it so that I could go six months with that and see what that was. That would add a little bit more explosives back into my workouts. So when I finished that, I felt amazing.
    I started integrating both of the programs together. I would alternate one week and then another week. And then eventually, I added the Iron King, so I'd get a little mace back in there with the weighted clubs.
    And what I really like about the programs is that the instruction is so concise and to the point. Every exercise is detailed: what to do, what not to do, what muscles are affected, what to focus on. There's a progression. There's programs that go through and you can slow them down, you can speed them up, you can do more sets. It's so customizable and it will be with you for a lifetime.
    I'm 56 and I feel 20 years younger. I see a lot of my peers that are slowing down and complaining about aches and pains. My goal is not to live longer, it's to be strong and mobile as I'm living.
    But it's a cycle. If your body feels good, your mind feels good and you feel more confident. As your mind feels better, your body starts to respond. So the output is possibly a longer life. So I encourage you that it's never too late to try the movement 20XX first. Just do that.
    Get some movement, get some flexibility in there. You'll feel confident. You'll be glad that you can get up off the floor without your arms and your hands. Just stand right up and you'll be able to crawl across the floor and you'll feel really good.
    So I encourage you to try all the programs, but start with the move 20XX. It'll change your life. I guarantee it.

    Animal crawling is an almost isometric core exercise, what you need is isometrics
