2008 BMW 328i Camshaft sensor

  • Check engine light came on in my car and I noticed it was sort of in limp mode. Took her to auto zone and sure enough, bad camshaft sensor. Super easy fix, hope this helps. enjoy.

    Thanks man.. this took me right to the correct place to replace this sensor. A lot of the other tubers are in Europe and seem to focus on older models. Thank you for posting this!!

    Hey man, when I get into my ride it’s a 09 e90(328i) I put key inside and go to turn car on lights work/radio/etc but it doesn’t “ crank “ just does nothing…is that how yours was acting?

    Hey man I have the same problem with my 2007 328i how much was the sensor & did it also say anything about a distributor? Also what’s the 2 day cycle mean? Thank you bro 🙏🏽

    was there oil on yours when you took it out ? there was oil on mine and after my new one was installed it’s still shutting my car off
