Great video!!!! Had to replace the crank sensor on a 2012 528i with the same N20 engine and couldn’t find an accurate video anywhere!!!! People out the putting up wrong videos... but you helped me out a bunch... I was trying to locate the crank sensor without taking out the intake... but there’s no way around it!! Biggup!!
Thanks for sharing this video, I previously tried to remove the intake but could not lift it. Now I have managed to remove the starter to change brushes 👍
😂😂 I just watched your video where you were feeding the homeless and then I saw this one. My crankshaft sensor went on my car yesterday and I have to decide whether to get it replaced or not so that’s what brought me here.
My dude I just subscribed. I might be losing my license for a few and I owe a lot of money to the court. I got 12 cars 12 titles. Hmu got a dope e39 m5 mint one owner Clean title, also got a fully done up RSX type S with a jdm 3 lobe K24A from the type s. Has every bolt on, weight reduction suspension carbon fiber etc. 6 puck clutch. Selling both these and my 2010 sentra 105k miles that has a little body damage and needs a tie rod .
Thank You For The Good Video! IDK if "inside the starter" is really a good way to say where the CPS is located. I mean, is it inside the starter? Or is it on the block next to the starter? Or near the starter?

Not a very good start saying twin turbo on an N20. Twin Power as BMW labels it is not two. Turbos. It is a twin scroll single turbo.
Horraaaayyyyy you’re smart 👏🏾👏🏾
a lot of unnecessary steps lol coulda just moved the intake hose
