my 6.7 had some very problems from the recent owner before me , apparently the motherfu*er thought he was Bo Duke , had to cut off the coil buckets that were ripping off the frame and fabricate new ones put on . then right when I was done I accidentally hit the brake line with the freaking grinder . no it's been 2 weeks trying to find out what size the dam fitting is on little black thing on the fender that goes from the driver side to the passenger side front brakes .. I bought brand Voltage right in everything screwed in great until I got to that Union . I tried about 15 different adapters and flare fittings and all this s*** none of them fit . I looked online for two weeks about ... seems like nobody knows what size it is symmetric I think one person said 12 by 1 ... Dodge ... that was so forward like if you do something stupid like that like put one of the lines being different size ... well that's of course the retard I got it from did that

Is yours a 4 wheel ABS 4x4? Yours looks completely different from mine - brake hose is different. I have just rear ABS.

Just did this today, but mine came with the whole bracket the lines clip to. I would have had to then disconnect the two rear lines that go to it and that seemed like more worth than it was worth so I just reused the old rear bracket lol

Hey brother thanks for the video I'm actually doing this right now my brake line rusted out and busted last night and I got the other part off and attached to the will of the caliper whatever but the the two parts the two main parts you know at the top I can't get those separated I don't know what the deal is how how how did you go about getting those you know so they were not in a mixed together cuz like right now they're just like stuck together and I can't unsee unstick them if you can answer my question I'll be great I don't know if you use the hammer or Rancho you know I don't know what what you do exactly two separate them but I can't separate those two pieces towards the top but please help me thank you so much

Yours is easy to get to and out in the open, most of us got to take the computer off with wires in the way, a plastic tank, and it takes at least two hours.

The rule of thumb is... put all bolts in the holes a few turns, then finger tighten, the snug with a wrench in a bolt pattern, then tighten to spec in a bolt pattern.
