    I stumbled into my own form of Pegan. Full on vegan made me sick as I’m allergic to legumes and grains. Felt better moving to Pegan. Everyone is different so finding what works best for you is key. 🙏🏻

    Dr Axe i would like to thank you so much for your content. 3 years ago, i had a son and i didn't know how to feed him after breastfeeding. I stumbled on your website and i used it as my guidance. He is healthy, smart and stubborn( this didn't come from the food lol). Thank you a lot

    I recommend watching the Netflix documentary called "what the health".. it was a real eye opener. our food industry is truly evil.

    I’m Mediterranean and giving up bread is one of the things I don’t think I can do lol I don’t crave sugars whatsoever but bread.. bread is life!! 😩 help.

      Try looking for gluten-free varieties! Or sourdough bread, since it is usually easier to digest. It's all about finding better alternatives of your favorite foods and not completely giving them up. draxe.com/nutrition/why-is-sourdough-bread-good-for-you/?

    How about the antinutrients from all that veg? especially nuts and seeds (which are very hard to digest and can mess up with some people's gut)?

      Dr. Mark Hyman mentions the story of how "peagan diet" got it's name and you're certainly right! The core idea is eating as much whole foods as possible.
