I stumbled into my own form of Pegan. Full on vegan made me sick as I’m allergic to legumes and grains. Felt better moving to Pegan. Everyone is different so finding what works best for you is key. 🙏🏻

Can you eat organic soy and corn, or is that bad as well? Things like organic tofu, edamame? Cheers,
I’m Mediterranean and giving up bread is one of the things I don’t think I can do lol I don’t crave sugars whatsoever but bread.. bread is life!! 😩 help.
Try looking for gluten-free varieties! Or sourdough bread, since it is usually easier to digest. It's all about finding better alternatives of your favorite foods and not completely giving them up. draxe.com/nutrition/why-is-sourdough-bread-good-for-you/?
Definitely pegan without Apeel coated fruits and veggies or CAFO or lab grown meat.
How about the antinutrients from all that veg? especially nuts and seeds (which are very hard to digest and can mess up with some people's gut)?
I was constantly constipated until I cut out nuts and grains.

It's not a "pegan diet", it's proper eating.
Dr. Mark Hyman mentions the story of how "peagan diet" got it's name and you're certainly right! The core idea is eating as much whole foods as possible.
