    Started a fast yesterday,and today 48hrs now ate 2hr window. Have done intermitent for many years..am stepping it up as recent bad food choices have ramped up my arthritic pain and slugishness...want to lower inflimation!! Thanks guys very timely video💝⭐

    This is amazing I’ve just come across this. I have been doing intermittent fasting on and off but need more result so was thinking to add low carb and low sugar. And here is your post. I have foot issues and desperate to get my extra 10 Kgs off

      I certainly hope you are seeing a legitimate medical professional for your tumor. No amount of fasting is going to get rid of it, that's just utter non-sense.

    My definition of OMAD is -
    Eat as often as you like within 4 hrs
    (of proper dietary amounts
    protein-carbs-fat & organic quality)
    Drink no/low calorie drinks only afterwards.

    Fasting for muslim once à year during Ramadan and we also fast 2 days à week monday and thirsday
    And in some other occasions during the year

      @@rachelrogers6795 I usually like to fast during the work week, typically in the morning. So I eat my last meal at 5 pm than I won't eat till around 11 am or noon the next day.

    John the Baptist spent alot of time outside. In the mud and water. Ate locust's and honey. Probably got stung a few times.
    Lots we can learn from the Bible. Fasting was normal thing. They ate Ezekiel type bread and lots of fish. I mean Jesus cooked fish and gave them bread (more like Ezekiel bread I am sure.

      I've been intermittent fasting since Thanksgiving. 3 months, 16/8 . I lost a couple lbs. at first. I'm just a few lbs. overweight (8 to 10 lbs.)so may work better for someone who has more to lose. Don't really see much of a difference but thought I'd try it.

    Where do you source your collagen ? The label says nothing about being grass fed, wild caught etc. Why isn't it on the label? On Other products I use it's clearly stated and is used as a selling point. This is not an attack just wanting some information. Thanks
