    Wow, Josh, really disappointed in this choice. She and the other "trainers' worked very hard to TOTALLY mess up many peoples' metabolisms-for years! And she has said some really off the wall things about the keto WOE.

    Everyone knows that MOST of the contestants on that show gained ALL their weight back, right?

      Yes because they didn't change their emotional state but focussed on physical change alone or might be on price money and totally dependent on the coach.
      Only when a person gets healed emotionally and finds way to bounce back from setbacks and be consistent, he can maintain health for long time.

    I'm enjoying the show, minus being told to wear a mask.. and the show she was on was great, but "they" made the contestants use sucralose and aspartame. Are you kidding me?!

    THANK YOU! This is GREAT! I love especially what you mentioned about food at the end of the podcast. I don't need to loose a lot of weight (I want and need to strengthen my core). I go for a lot of walks with our dog, but I can't play and train with my (hobby) volleyball team right now because of the pandemic. I love the maintain idea. I often get so overwhelmed with everything that I should do/cook. I thought it was very helpful to hear to invest in organic meats and diary! That's doable. :)

    She don’t believe in KETO AND SHE IS MISINFORMED ON THE BENEFITS IT BRINGS. SO I’ll pass on any information/advice from her.

      No. One, just because someone maybe 'misinformed' in one area, does not mean you discredit them in other areas, everyone can learn from anyone. Secondly, Keto, can help some in the short-term, however, long-term for most, it is not the answer. Keto, mimics a fasting-state, thats is why it helps, whereas, carboHYDRATE is also key. 🙂

    I loved watching the Biggest Loser as well as Jillian's approach to encouraging contestants and viewers alike! I have always enjoyed exercise and do not need to lose much weight, but possibly 5 lbs. I have found myself out of the habit of exercising and am slowly getting back on track with it again.
