    I am so happy Naomi is back in, the first episode with her was SO wonderful, as a woman I value her words and her life’s history so highly!! I have been fasting more and more this is so inspiring to keep going on this path!!! I am overcoming!!

    She is 47? She looks like she is in her early 30 s ...one tip that I would add is sunscreen! My grandma passed away at the age 83 without any wrinkle on her face and the reason to that is that she was covering her face during the sunny days! Sunscreen that doesn't contain alcohol would be something to consider! In Asia , you will see more umbrellas on the sunny days than on rainy

    Doctor Josh, you often prompt salmon, but don't make the distinction between Wild vs the Highly toxic farmed Salmon. I wish that you would explain the difference when you recommend Salmon. Thanks for another great Podcast.

    She never shares the cause of her autoimmune disease and yet she was raised on this organic farm with a super healthy family. It doesn’t make sense.
    I would like more context on how she developed this illness. Was it genetic? Was it something specific?
    As someone with 2 autoimmune illnesses I can pinpoint exactly when it started and what caused it.

      One of the main reasons "The Carnivore Diet" is so popular right now is because Hundreds of thousands of people are finding their autoimmune illnesses completely vanish when they remove plantfoods. It seems a lot of humans have intolerances to a lot of these leafy greens and other supposed "healthy" foods this woman eats all day. Hard to accept especially if your identity is wrapped around "superfoods" and "healthy polyphenols". But its probably the answer to your question here.

      Thought going carnivore was about resetting the body only to eventually reintroduce greens slowly so someone with past intolerances and allergies can consume them without issues like that.

      It’s very hard to trust the sources from Asia. If you can get it fresh from the grocery store, like Whole Foods. Or grow it in your house in a pot if your not in a warmer humid climate

      I bought some turmeric roots at a discount supermarket and i planted a piece not very hopeful that it would grow. It grew and grew so now I have my own little crop. try it

      I grow my own. You just need a large pot. It’s so easy & you are rewarded with so much. I made mine into a pulp & froze in a container then cut it up into small portions that way you can just add it to soups etc
