    First of all, Thank you so you much Dr. Axe, I wish next time there would be an opportunity or a short period of time (15min more or less) to interact with the live viewers for any question, that would be a great opportunity, I followed Dr Gundry's interviews I just wish we could ask him a new type of question beyond the scope of what was mentioned in his interviews

    Thank you for this wonderful interview gentlemen! 👏🏽 What Dr. Gundry says about the fruit has truth. I live on the island of Okinawa, which has a subtropical climate and is warm and humid most of the year; and even here, the farmer's markets usually have very little fruit - the big emphasis here is on vegetables.

    The experts that I watch are so confusing . I just want to be healthy but there areto many conflicting opinions for all of them. They all endorse the other but have different advice on their health approach. I think it confuses more than helps the person researching the information

    Dr Axe, what is your opinion about his lectin theory? Oatmeal, eggplant, bell peppers, I have enjoyed following your work but endorsing him has me confused about your recommendations on foods to eat.

    • @littlevoice_11
      @littlevoice_11 Před 3 lety +3

      True. Much of this is conflicting against the Dr Axe website. Personally, I think grain free is best for overall health. Eggplant and bell peppers are fine cooked without seeds if you don't have sensitivity to them. I think it depends on your health status which is impacted by your gut microbiome, genetics, lifestyle, weight, age, sleep, exercise and stress.

    He prefers giving information and making money through these videos
    than making money through one on one with patients.
