    Dude!! I was diagnosed with breast cancer a year and a half ago and so many “experts” said to go low-fat, vegetarian like Chris beats cancer, etc. Worst thing I could’ve done for my gallbladder. I have been fighting for my gallbladder for 17 years. I agree with absolutely everything this video says. The only thing I would add is that, phosfood liquid drops also breaks up stones. I take them for two weeks before I clean house with a flush. Amazing! I’m just coming out of horrible digestive issues because of taking bad advice and your beet flow flush and getting the bile moving stuff has made such a difference. I’m off to enjoy my daily eggs once again :-) thanks for all you do!

    Your info is absolutely correct. My spouse suffers from occasional gallbladder attacks which are hard to watch but we learned a long time ago that low fat is the absolute worst thing to do because the gallbladder isn't stimulated to empty & just continues to fill up with sludge. Then when even a small amount of fat is eaten it's hell city because the stones & sludge want out NOW! all at once. Finding the right fat balance is important, mixing it up without going overboard. Only when said spouse parks brain in neutral & overdoes the fat do the games begin. Great video as always! Thanks for being you.

    Thanks again Tony! This was totally me. Went from low fat and high sugar diet that I thought was healthy to a HF carnivore diet. Just following trends like a moron. I heard the words weight loss and saw a tiny woman put down 2 ribeye steaks in one go and thought, "hell yeah, this is the diet for me". Had to have my gallbladder out four months later. Suspect I was feeling good at the beginning of carnivore because of the loss of all the carbs. Just put up with the chronic yellow diarrhea because I was losing weight. Never even had any attacks till I had the one that sent me to the emergency then surgery. They said it was necrotic with a stone blocking the duct. Intravenous antibiotics in hospital plus a harsh antibiotic after.
    Anyway, friends and family don't believe me about it not actually being the HF diet but, what I did before I started it, that really put me in the hospital. After your digestion course and your books and videos, I learned that I didn't even qualify for this type of diet.
    I hope others can benefit from my experiences since friends and family are not willing to listen or even take the digestion course. Seems nobody wants to talk about stomach acid, bile, or poop.
    I hope your viewers don't do what I did and learn about how their digestion works. Lots of people are still afraid of fat. Thanks to the 'stop the insanity lady' and all the rest of the 1980-90's doctors and influencers.
    The free digestion course can help anyone and everyone. Most people including Dr's, really don't know how digestion works and still keep talking about Cal-in-&-Cal-out and lean cuts of meat and sugar substitutes.
    Food in the hospital is grape juice, Jello, instant mashed potato's, and turkey slices, ice cream and even soda. My A1C went from an 4.8 to 6.4 before I found the KIY crew 2 months post-op. So, if your viewers do have to go to the hospital, they might want to try to get somebody to bring them some decent food.
    P.S. Now my GP is trying to get me to take a statin to lower my LCL. She was relentless like she really wants me to have it and can't understand why I am being "non-compliant "about her advice. Those were her actual words. Like I'm some kind of child that won't do as she is told. Can you believe that shite? Should I just tell her that I am just using her to get my free quarterly blood test results? Nah, she doesn't deserve it. Not, after all of the clap-trap I have had to listen to from her and her, "remember Meg LDL is the bad cholesterol".

    Brilliant explanation (again!) thanks. What are your thoughts re the causes of Polyps in the Gallbladder? I have them and found out after one detached & got stuck in a bile duct (Ow!) They can become malignant, so I have 6 monthly Ultrasound scans to check. Is there a connection with high serum lipids (like me) & could it be due to a similar process as Gallstone formation? And do they tend to be co-morbidities? I’ve asked my National Health Service GP (MD), but they just say they don’t know why Polyps develop in some people.

    Hi Tony, thanks for all of your work, it's really useful.
    I've just checked that NaturalReference can't ship products to my country due to customs problems, so I can't have beet flow in an easy way. Under these circumstances, in order to improve my bile flow, it would be better to supplement with ox bile or chlorine, or try to find any alternatives with beet leafs (I couldn't find anything)?
    Thank you very much

    The advice you have given on the digestive enzymes and the Beet Flow has really helped me. I had constant diarrhea and running to the bathroom 5-6 times in the morning. But now it is more solid and I don't go so often. I haven't started on the HCI yet because I'm concerned about starting it. My butt is still burning after going 2-3 times and I have to put a cream on it. Is this an acid problem causing it or could it be a yeast problem? Thank you so much for your informative videos!!!!

    What's upsetting is a hida scan showed nothing. Doctor said gallbladder didnt fill. He said in his opinion, he is 80% sure its a sign of a bad gallbladder, and he thinks the best way to figure it out is to have surgery, to get it removed. So i mentioned how about a ultrasound? He said it would only show stones or no stones, no more info. A ct scan only showed constipation. I know you're not a doctor, just curious about your thoughts, scientifically. Could slow digestion cause it to not fill? Gastroparesis? That doctor is so quick to assume it needs to come out, with 80 percent confidence? This isnt a car part, no replacements, its an organ, so im just surprised, is he doing this for a paycheck. Most people have a percentage of function when they get a hida scan, i have nada. Imo, i think there should be more proof it is the thing causing pain, discomfort, even when not eating, but im no doctor, nor am i well knowledged with the function of the gallbladder or other things that could mimic problems like it. So much to ponder. No right shoulder pain, no pale floating stools which are signs. Just ibs issues and a gluten issue. Bowel movement once a week, yes, i know, not good

    I mean, this is an oversimplification and you didn't mention a lot of things:
    - bile is made from bile acids, cholesterol and choline. Choline is dependent on mthfr activity, bile salts too to some degree. So having poor mthfr can lead to gallstones.
    - Most people don't get enough choline, we need >450 so that thickens up the bile.
    - tudca ( and udca ) have good scientific data that dissolve gallstones and have a ton of benefits, same as taking Taurine/ glycine that increase bile flow and ejection rate. I don't think chanca piedra has good RCTs behind it and the science is sketchy.
    - bile will improve gut health and that in turn will help with stomach acidity
    - hemochromatosis shows clearly too much iron in the bile and that can make it stuck, bloodletting has been shown to be extremely beneficial for bile flow/health in general.
    Basically bile gets sticky when it has too many toxins in it, it's part of the detoxification mechanism. BUT you need to have a binder, from fiber to activated charcoal, to remove the toxic bile since it will reabsorbed 90%.

    • @KickItNaturally
      @KickItNaturally  Před 2 měsíci +1

      These are some good points, but we rarely put these steps in front of others we use to thin out the bile and get it flowing. I have hemochromotosis and that part can be important, but many of these other issues will work themselves out if you can just thin the bile out and get it moving.

    • @stevelanghorn1407
      @stevelanghorn1407 Před 2 měsíci

      When you say Bile will improve Gut health and therefore help Stomach acidity, how does that last bit work? I thought Hydrochloric Acid / Fatty Acids / Amino Acids released into the stomach & Duodenum trigger the release of Cholecystokinin hormone…and this (together with the Vagus Nerve)…signals the Gallbladder to release Bile. So how does that then feed back to regulating Stomach acidity?
