Thank you! your review was amazing. I ended up buying them through the amazon store and I'll get them by June. I can't wait to try them.
One of the slickest reviews Iâve ever seen. Thank you!
GREAT Video! I just purchased this set a few hours ago and this video definitely made me feel good about my decision! Thank you!
Thanks for posting this and showing what these can do. Very helpful.
Excellent video, love that you bring that rode is not the first to do two transmitters and one receiver. Love to see these two head to head
Ben, Great Video. i have the ones. Thinking about upgrading as well.
Thanks for the video Ben, really informative
Thanks for sharing! I would like to hear them on a very windy day. Thanks again. đđ
Awesome review. Been on the fence getting this microphone for my travel vlog to improve the audio. Think this has convinced me!
Brilliant review. Thanks
Just found your channel and subscribed. I purchased the Rode Wireless Go II about a month ago and still trying to figure out some of the settings and features to improve the sound quality. Thanks for the tips and God bless.
Very informative overview - thanks for posting
Great video. Love your enthusiasm âșïž
Awesome video, blown away by the range on these! I just got this for my Canon R50, your video helped a lot, thanks! đ
Yoooo I'm new to the audio game but this seems like it'll solve all my needs. Thanks for the great review and info!
Really great review! Thanks a lot! Can't wait to find it in my coutry(now just pre-order without date unfortunately). We just on the beginning of our blog road, and still need to improve a lot of things, and microphones - one of the most important thing. Again, thanks a lot for so awesome review. Definitely will wait wireless go II, instead buying first version.
This is hands down the wireless solution I didn't know I needed! My only question is, how would you say the internal microphone performs at capturing voices of people nearby? I intend to use for vlogging and clipping a transmitter to the person that randomly came into frame while filming might not always happen. Could I rely on my transmitter to pick up their voice smoothly? Thanks a bunch for taking the time to produce this amazing review!
If that's the goal I'd say just hold the 2nd one towards the other person
Great video, well done. We have purchased and will be using them on video very soon...cant wait :-)
Already ordered and I'm so excited!!!!
I think you'll love it!
great review!. this will definitely be my next purchase
the best review on youtube. Thanks for showing how the receiver slips into the shoe mount
The editing on your park test with the map is creative đș
Love ur reviews so âbrutally honestâ
Thanks so much! Gotta stay authentic ;)
Great review, subscribed!

Thanks you helped me out alot!
LOVE the old label maker! hahaha. Nice touch Ben. This looks like a great set up. Thanks so much for doing this review.

Great review Ben! Can't wait, purchased mine last night! Looking forward to giving better quality videosđđș
Thanks Brendan! I think you're gonna like it!
@@AuthenTech should be a big difference from using my Rode Videomicro. Thanks manđ
Great video, keep it up :)
Brotha man Ben helping me make my decision today Thanks !
Glad to help!
I just bought this microphone on prime day and I'm so excited it was about $200 less than the last time I looked at it and sound has been a big issue for my videos inside my office or at the gym. Thank you!
Gonna need that comparison asap
BRO! Great review, you sold me!
I'm a Realtor and looking for something like this to make my videos sound better etc.
Thanks! Freelance broadcast tv audio tech here, and use Lectrosonics wireless for most of my needs, but just bought one of these sets, and I can think of plenty of ways to use it. Been playing, and may drop a few more bucks for a second set.
Yo amazing video and definitely going to pick one up! If I already have the wireless go 1 can I used 2 more totaling 3.
Great video! Liked and subscribed!!!
*Just ordered one, as I already have the Rode 1 but as a Solo Creator I can use both on each camera and it's One Receiver for Both transceiver this works PERFECTLY for a Solo Creator. Plus this makes a Great vid comparison between the 2*
Mine just came in today so I'm excited to start using this for my CZcams and podcast! Thanks - Great Video!
Have fun!
But these are so expensive. I was thinking about the H1N but how much work is it to sync the audio and video in post?
@@MilkyWayGalaxyy For me, it's easy to synch/transfer
Watching while on my break at work.
For someone wanting to do VR content etc this seems like a perfect upgrade from my Antlion wireless mic . Small , No wires , Great audio.
Awesome review, thanks a lot ! đ
Glad you liked it!
Excellent review man!
Much appreciated!
Hi Ben, Thanks so much for sharing your awesome reviews. Iâm just wondering what software you use (or recommend) for beginner youtubers to edit videos, add text and effects. Thanks!
Awesome review, thank you so much! Seems to be a great product, but I'm a bit bummed there's no headphone jack! Am I thinking wrong?
Great vid. Thx. How about comparing to saramonic blink 500 pro as well?
Ordering now this just helped my decision. 2 mics 1 receiver. Iâm sold. đ€Łđ€Ł
I've been looking at this, nice to see your infomercial ... is swaying my decision.
Great review as always, ordered mine yesterday canât wait till it comes! That 3d sound is real trippy love it
You amazing , great work
Damn, for people like myself who shoot outside and use the phone sometimes this is a game changer! You literally hit all the points I am looking for, from tiktok to Instagram to multi points, self turn on option. Here goes another 300$ đ€Łđ€Ł. Thanks for this!
That range is crazy awesome
I have been wondering how long it would take for Rode to upgrade to a two wireless mic and then Ben comes with this brilliant review, thanks a lot mate
Thanks mate
@@AuthenTech I have A question: can you record internally (with the transmitters) and also record into the camera via a 3.5 (with the transmitter) all at the same time? many thanks in advance!!! thank you for your great work.
Epic review
Super helpful! What I also liked was that computer monitor - what brand is that??
Great review man. As an owner of a pair of Rode WG 1, I could't ask for any better literally. Order placed đđ
Right on!
very functional product. and i liked that podcast đ
đ maybe we'll do one someday
Awesome. I would've definitely jumped on it
Thanks Ben, my Seramonic Blink500 B2 is up for sale as we speak, lol... so getting this..
Nice video. I am thinking about using a RODE Go II (Stereo)
Ok I just ordered mine! Woohoo
great video - does it work equally better outside ion noisy envoirnments ?
Thanks for the great video! What kind of lavalier connection can I use with the Wireless go II. Will I locking Sennheiser 3.5mm work?
awesome brother! i owe you a beer!
Just ordered mine đââïžđââïž
Cool! I like how this one you don't need the usb c audio jack.
Awesome video! Iâve been using the Sokani Tiny Twins because Rode didnât have a 2 to 1 for when I do DIY projects with friends...Iâm curious how the dropping signal (really annoying) compares...
I deal with tractors, tool, and Trucks so cutting out the background noise and hearing voice over engines and power tools is extremely important!

Awesome review! If you use a splitter cable and connect the male end into camera and the other two female ends into the 1 Wireless Go 2 receiver and an on camera shotgun mic like Rode Video Mic NTG, could we get 3 sources of audio? Two from the two Wireless Go 2 transmitters and another from the Video Mic NTG?
I just ordered mine! This video sold me.
Did you order the wiring too? They donât tell you that the wires arenât included.
@@christophermoffitt9044 Really? No I didn't. Oh man!
Thanks for this Ben. Just a question tho. Does the RX have to b e plugged in to the camera or can it just receive the recording for editing?
Just got mine! Iâm new to creating content and I think this is gonna help me get great content!
But these are so expensive. I was thinking about the H1N but how much work is it to sync the audio and video in post?
Hi Mate love the review! I'm currently tossing up between this and the Boya BY WM4 K2. It's considerably cheaper which allows some budget for some good quality LAV MICs to pair it with. Any advice?
What lav mic do you recommend for these? Is it needed?
Thanks for the video.
Have a questionâŠ
Can you use this mic to record singing voice with good quality?
Thanks.
Hello! I have to say that your movies are very good. Clear and so on. I would like to hear from you if it is possible to use more than two microphones for this? If not what affordable Kit would you recommend if using more than two microphones? ïżŒ
hello nice video, congratulations. I wanted to ask you something, are they compatible with smartphones if of course I buy the SC7 trrs cable? omitting the new SC15 and SC16 cables? because I know that with the first version they work, but with wireless go II I have not found anything about it. Thanks in advance for your reply
I'm sold.
Nice! How do you combine the audio? Which editing software are you using in this video?
Just for clarification, people that are recording their video on an iPhone will not be recording in stereo directly to the iPhone.
It doesnât support stereo recording but with the onboard mic recordings you could certainly import it and add that in post if you wanted to.
Thanks for the review.
These look awesome! Question, can they be used with a GoPro camera?
What's a good sensitivity level for the receiver/transmitters?
Amazing review!!! Thank you! But darn it - you make me want that scooter!!! đ€Šđ»ââïž
Haha careful, it's addicting đ
Great review! Question, can the transmitters record on their own without firing up the receiver? Also, if using the safety track at a lower decibel is that recording solely to the transmitters and the normal track is going to the receiver? Appreciate your work!
1. I believe it must connect to RX to start recording. I'm wondering if a firmware update could change this. 2. I believe the -20dB is on your RX track, L/R
Hi There! Thanks for the Video! How did you get both channels "Magically working", please explainđ Struggling with it. Thanks in Advance!
can you adjust the levels on each receiver when in combined mode?
Is there a way to change separately the sensitivity of each microphone ? (Like on the Saramonic 500 Pros)
Thanks
This seems great for recording but what about live sound? Does the receiver have outputs for a mixer input?
subscribed!! Is Lark M1 is good alternative for rode go II?
Using the onboard memory, would I be able to use four or more transmitters and mix them in post? Eliminating the need to buy something like a Zoom Recorder
Authentech deserves more subscribersâ€ïž
How many of these rode Go 2's do you think you could use simultaneously before they started to collide?
Please do audio comparison on Rode wireless GO 2 vs a shotgun mic. Thanks. I know the purpose of each mic serve different people and purpose. But would really love to hear how far the differences in audio will be. :)
This appeared on my amazon suggested just now and at a good time. I use a tascam dr 05 with lav mics for me and my buddy. Problem is, the lav mic cords are a pain since i'm using a splitter. Does this sound good enough hooking up directly to the phone??
I am looking to buy a microphone for outdoor vlogging usually in noisy environments. Would this Ride Wireless Go II be a good choice especially for noise cancelling?
I've got a Sony ZV1 for vlogging. Will I be able to use this to replace the onboard-mic, and have it record both audios for the video? Or is that something I'd have to manually mix together at post-production?
Ben, can you power the Rode with a battery booster in the event it dies and you still need to record?
Question, does the receiver and transmitter have to be on to start the onboard recording. Or could I just take the transmitter out on its own and use the feed from the onboard to mix back to the video in post?
